"My husband and I planned a bike trip on the Cardinal Greenway. This property was very conveniently located for getting to the trailheads. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was well suited for our needs. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck."

"We really enjoyed our brief stay. This peaceful location is just what our family and friend group needed. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The home was clean and well kept. Very cozy. The hosts were very receptive and shared perfect check in and out instructions.Also, a nice surprise was a small winery right next door. We walked right over and got a few bottles for dinner! Delicious.Would be a great relaxing location for a girls weekend with the fire pit ready to go in the backyard."

"The Downtown Delight Combo was a true delight! The spacious combo is professionally decorated, has a gorgeous skylight, and large windows that provide a ton of natural light. My family stayed over Easter weekend and the condo had what we needed to make brunch. We loved the rooftop patio but due to the weather didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy it. The garage parking was also very nice. We LOVED our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Muncie! "

"House was amazing. The pool was fantastic and the game room was fun. Plenty of room for every one. Thank you to a very gracious HOST. Dock was prefect for boys to fish off of. I see why the host calls it her Happy Place. Definitely would do it again. We could not have had a better place to stay and vacation."

"This was a really neat idea, and the kids were very excited to stay in an RV. I will start by saying it was very clean. It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. The location was also not optimal because it was right next to the main road where you could hear every car, and the entrance was across from what looked like a lot of junk. . we had to deal with a dog barking all night, long, but we made the best of all this. "The stay we had was absolutely fantastic and amazing! The host was so kind and let us know if anything was needed to let him know. This trip was for a celebration of life for my mother-in-law who passed a couple months ago and we drove in from Texas and so when we got there it was late and we were exhausted but knowing that once we got there that we had such a wonderful place to lay our heads during such a hard visit gave us some sense of peace. "This property is AMAZING and absolutely perfect for a large group. My three sisters, our husbands and our parents all gathered here to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday. So much space to hang out together and still have privacy when needed. Outdoor space is amazing, while it was still a bit chilly during our stay, we were able to sit out in the sun and enjoy the large outdoor area. The large dining table allowed all 10 of us to sit and have coffee in the morning and play games in the evening....

"This delightful home made a great homebase for our busy weekend prepping and attending our neice’s wedding. It was close to the venue and was a comfy place to watch a movie and chat after our busy days. Hubby was a bit disappointed about not having access to ping pong, but we didn’t have a ton of free time to play anyway. We would stay here again if in the area."

"The firepit was great, with the stars at night and the solitude. The cabin was clean and had everything anyone would need. My wife and I have traveled all our time together 48 years. This was the best ever!!!!!. We will be back again. God Bless."
