The Space:

Welcome to The Coach House, a stylish and characterful four-bedroom home in Boughton, within walking distance of Chester city centre.



Sleeping up to eight guests, the house is well suited to family breaks, reunions and weekends with friends. It combines period character with comfortable modern interiors, including a sociable open-plan kitchen and dining area, a cosy lounge with log burner, and a private enclosed courtyard.



The sleeping arrangements are:



• Ground floor: one king bedroom

• First floor: two king bedrooms, including one with an ensuite

• First floor: one twin bedroom with two single beds



There is also a family shower room upstairs and a separate WC downstairs.



The kitchen is equipped for group stays with a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and Nescafé Vertuo coffee machine. A starter supply of coffee pods, tea and other essentials is provided.



The lounge includes comfortable seating, a log burner and a Smart TV. Guests can access streaming apps using their own accounts.



Additional features include fast Wi-Fi, private parking for one car, self check-in and an enclosed outdoor courtyard. Pets are welcome.



Chester city centre is approximately a 20-minute walk away, putting its historic walls, shops, restaurants, racecourse and attractions within easy reach.

Check-in/out:

For your convenience, we offer remote access with easy self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at your leisure. Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is before 10 am. Please remember to take care of the keys during your stay, as lost keys incur a £100 replacement fee.

Located in Boughton - close to local amenities and a 20 minute walk to Chester city centre.



Getting Around:

Uber is good in Chester. A more local firm is King Kabs 01244 34 34 34.



Other Things to Note:

There is a travel cot and high chair in the property. (Please note this is a standard travel cot suitable from birth to 36 months. It does not come with an additional mattress, pillow or linen so you will need to provide your own).



Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.
