  • Holiday rental Chester. This large, one-bedroom apartment is on the first floor of the modern City Suites development. The accommodation is very flexible. The main bedroom has a super king-sized bed. But can also be set up with two twin beds. And there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. So the apartment can accommodate up to four people. Fresh linen and towels are provided, along with WiFi, and there is a fully-equipped kitchen as well as an allocated parking space.

    All this means the apartment provides ideal short-term accommodation for contractors and those looking for a holiday rental Chester. City Suites is a short walk from Chester railway station and the city centre. There you will find an abundance of shops and other attractions, from the castle to the famous Chester races.

Lovely and close to town

Lovely, clean apartment that's close to the town. Could do with a few more oven trays to cook things on.

Bad custormer service and apartment poor in facilities

To be honest, I wont never recomend any Residential Estates acommodation to my family or friends. I have many reason to say that: - Firstly, I had a previous reservation for another apartment in Chester, which I did by Booking. Some weeks later having booking the apartment, someone from Residential Estates apartment told me I had to cancel the booking because it was not anymore available.I was offered another apartment owned by Real Estates for the same price. In my opinion, the new apartment was not as good as the first one. It was not the same value for price, the location was not as covenient to me and, differently from the former one, the new acommodation did not have any terrace or so. However, I accepted the change without complaning at all. - When I arrived to the apartment I found out that, among others, there was not a coffee machine, any bowl for having cereals, no scissors and the courtain in the living room had one clap-board broken. Morever, during 2 days the light in the building´s entrance was flashing an during one day the fire alarm was sounding. As I had an email from Real Estates asking me if everything was right, I answered by email letting then know about all these things. The light and the fire alarm were fixed that night. With regard of the other issues, I just were told that Residential Estates does not provide coffe machine, and they said nothing about the other issues. - There was dust on the back of the TV and I found dirtiness on the floor under the sofa (I even found a pencil there, what means that it was not propelry cleaned for a while). - I consider that after being made to change my booking, at least I should be provided with any of the things I asked for (an italian coffee machine costs just 10 pounds I then it can be left in the aparment for new customers. So, it is not such a big investment but a good detail). I really expected more politeness from a business running by British people, if it is the case. - Apart from all said above, I had two 200-pound deposits taken. At any moment I was informed or asked for permission had the second deposit taken. The acommodation rules just said I was going to be taken one deposit. So, I consider it an abuse. - I can not understand why Residential States wanted my feedback of my staying if finally they were going to do nothing about it. It is kind o weird and not very formal from them. That is all. Thank you so much for your interest. Marta.

Short break

Booked a 2 day 3 night short break, communication was excellent before and during the stay, the apartment was clean, modern and reasonably well equipped for this type of stay, a few more kitchen bits might be useful if you were there for a couple of weeks but everything worked and was clean and organised. The parking at the rear of the apartment block is an absolute bonus. I will definitely be booking again very soon and would recommend.

Would definitely book again - very convenient for the town. Parking spaces were however, a lottery and allotted one never available. Really enjoyed our stay

Nice, clean , well equipped and very close to station and town

This apartment was great. Clean and tidy and had everything you needed for a short stay . Location was great. I would definitely recommend.
