Terrible experience from the start. Phoned them to get directions because I was in the next road and not sure where to go as it was double yellows and one way system. The first thing she said was 'Oh, you haven't got the directions I sent you in front of you?' which I thought was a bit sarcastic. On the day of leaving, I was a little behind time and she entered the room without knocking first (which was locked) I was naked in the middle of getting dressed. She said (without turning away) check out is at 10:30'. Embarrassingly I said 'I know'. Before I could say anything else, she said 'Oh you know do you?' I explained that I was willing to pay the extra for the extra time to which she cut me off saying she had a booking at 12pm and I quote "you need to get in your car and go".
I will not be staying here again even if it was the last place available. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone and she needs to adjust her attitude to paying customers. Just because I only stayed one night doesn't make me any less of a paying customer than any other. I left extremely angry and embrrassed
