"The host was nice, helpful and easy to communicate with. Our room had an assigned bathroom, it wasn’t in the room, but just down the hall. That worked fine for us. We needed a clean, reasonably priced place for an overnight stay on our road trip and this ticked all the boxes."

"My family and I came for an 8 day event from a different state and wanted a clean and comfortable place to stay with our at the time 9 month old daughter. And this place did exactly that. Comfortable and CLEAN. The owner did a great job with details. Even when we had unexpected check out delays the owner showed human empathy. Great place!"

"We were please with this top floor property which was only 3.5 miles where we were for graduation weekend. The apartment is well-appointed and quiet. Karl was an excellent and highly responsive host. Some reviews mention difficulties accessing the driveway because of the unusual road intersections there, but we did not find that an issue. The parking is ample and behind the building. Nice yard, patio, and grill area. Not fancy but very functional. We would stay there again."

"This was a great find so close to home when my family needed a place to stay for a week. The house was clean, inviting and the communication with the property manager was amazing! Very fast to respond!"

" Our family was here for our son and now daughter in laws wedding. We loved the house - perfect location close to the wedding venue , other family homes, and restaurants . Gilbert is the consummate host , polite , great communication , every amenity you could think of provided , balloons and congrats signs, and so clean. The topper were the cotton tail rabbits and woodchuck in the backyard ! Thank you Gilbert for a fantastic stay."

"Our group has been coming to the Norwich area every year for the past 5 years, and this by far was the best property we have stayed at. The house is in a wonderfully quiet and cute neighborhood, and Moheghan Sun is only a 5-minute Uber away. Grocery, gas, and restaurants are also conveniently located.The property is very, very clean and well-stocked, and was big enough for our group of 9 to spread out and relax.
