"Communication with the Host before, during, and after was excellent. Very beautiful and spacious home, very clean. Views of the water and sunrise over the water are amazing (and so were the moonrises over the water). Heated pool was invaluable. Our two dogs had a great time in it and running up and down the hillside in the backyard. Plenty of amenities. Grocery stores not far. Had a wonderful time and can't wait to return."

Communing with the ospreys, hummingbirds and the bald eagle who perched numerous times on a nearby tree was an added bonus. And, the owner may be the most friendly/helpful we’ve ever rented from. "Another wonderful stay at this absolute jewel of a place. We had an amazing weekend and our kids loved every minute of it (even though it rained!). The house is perfect for 2 couples with kids. "Quaint cottage by the bay. Short walking distance to small beach. Home was clean and had everything we needed. It was just my husband and I so plenty of room. We are older so hill down and back up to beach with a full wagon of chairs etc. was pushing limits but close enough to drive down to drop off and pick up. All and all was a relaxing time. We love this area of the bay! Thanks to our great host for providing this vacation for us. "

"This property was perfect for a college friends get together. We only left the house once for a bite to eat. Lounged and enjoyed the views and the games in the closet beneath the stairs. The master bedroom is exceptional and guests may want to arm wrestle for it. It was not an issue whatsoever for our group but the back deck with Bay views has a fair amount of foot traffic from neighbors because it is for public use and folks definitely walk their pets at all hours so flashlights were a common...

"We had a fabulous time at this home! What a perfect place to end summer! We had a great time reading on the dock, watching the sunset and the birds - including bald eagles! There are also lots of ways to enjoy the outside - firepit, grill, kayaks, crab traps, etc. And the beds are super comfy and the kitchen well outfitted for cooking delicious food. Truly a gem!"
