"The room was described as a suite with a full kitchen unfortunately there was no amenities in the kitchen to use it; there was no dishes, glasses, flatware, not one pot or pan, & no coffee machine. After traveling 10 hours for a wedding event, we were in need of an iron and there was none in the room, I had to go out and purchase one. "The house looks very much as pictured. Asthetically pleasing to the eye from a distance. Up close we found writing on the walls, excessive scuffs, second hand furniture, dryer that took 2x runs to dry, broken dishwasher and busted bed in the master bedroom. We had problems with the thermostat being set on a program and it was 68 degrees. We like it 70-71. We could not override the program so the temp stayed cool.
