Family get together to do adventures

It was a perfect spot to go for days on adventures and come back to a secluded mountain spot with all the amenities! 3 families had all their own floors. It worked out perfectly!

Beautiful cabin and scenery

We recently stayed at this cabin for a week-long vacation with our three teenagers. It was a beautiful cabin with beautiful views and ample space for everyone. Each level has its own suite and there are extra couches and a futon to ensure everyone had his/her own space. The location of the cabin was excellent - close to Blue Ridge and other attractions. The road up to the cabin was steep, but we didn't have any issues at all with it - just some dust on the car. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

Beautiful Getaway

Absolutely beautiful cabin with breathtaking views. Cabin was very spacious and full of great amenities. Enjoyed time on all the porches and in the hot tub and fire pit area.

Not Support From Management Company

We stay 3 to 4 times at a VRBO property a year. We thought this property, for the amenities and decorations, was the best property we have stayed at.We did have some challenges. The property had a beautiful TV room, but you could not stream movies on it. The same was for the rest of the TVs in the cabin. We had trouble getting the TV in the living room working and reported it multiple times on multiple days to the management company with no feedback or help. The fireplace starter was broken so that you could not use the fireplace. We reported that also with no response. Because of these things we would not consider coming back to this property.

Daughters 21st birthday weekend

We had a mountain retreat weekend for my daughters birthday. The cabin was lovely and the views were beautiful! They provided everything we needed and I slept very well! We all three had a very nice room and bathroom. We would have liked to had a blender to use with the bar and flat screen tvs would have been nice but those are the only suggestions we have. We were very close to Blue ridge and really enjoyed the shopping, Mercier Orchard, and the Swan drive-in! We would definitely stay here again.

Buyer Beware! - Listing is not accurate and VACASA support is frustratingly lacking.

I caution anyone renting from VACASA to be prepared for a frustrating experience if you need any customer support. We were visiting the area recently and had decided that we wanted a house with a Hot Tub. Many houses to choose from in the area and unfortunately, we chose this one. I will share that the house itself is nice and comfortable.However, as you can see from the pictures posted on the VRBO site, the Hot Tub looks pristine with clear blue water. However, that is NOT THE CASE! The water in the Hot Tub looked as if someone had just bathed their muddy dog in it and there was scum on the sides of the Hot Tub.Upon arrival, I contacted VACASA customer support and shared pictures of the Hot Tub. They responded with an apology and stated that they would reach out to the local team and that they would “reach out soon.” From that point forward, there was no contact from VACASA at all. I reached out again to VACASA and was told that the Hot Tub water discoloration was disclosed on their App. I shared that I rented the property on VRBO and any disclosures should have been identified on VRBO. I also shared that I had screen shots showing that it was not. I found VACASA's statement regarding disclosure to be quite disingenuous.The entire VACASA support experience was sub-par and took a great deal of follow-up and effort on my part. In the end, after requesting mgmt escalation, I finally received an email offering a small refund for the unusable hot tub.

Beautiful cabin and location, great views

The cabin is located in a mountain neighborhood between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. The road leading up to the cabin is partially gravel with a few large potholes and steep climbs but my Subaru Outback handled it well. The cabin is gorgeous and clean appears as it does online. Kitchen well stocked except for a lack of storage containers and a few other basic supplies. As IN most cabin rentals, the knives are dull. The gas fireplace works beautifully. The hot tub was clean and roomy.TV T

Perfect cabin

This 3 story cabin was perfect. It was very clean upon our arrival. I’m not sure if it states it in the description but on the bottom floor there is about a 10 foot projector screen. The kids brought their PS5 and was able to watch movies and play game while we were at the cabin. The WI-FI was plenty fast enough to stream movies and play games also. We will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Thanksgiving Week in the Mountains

Enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely come back. Two minor disappointments - there is currently a ban on outdoor fires due to lack of rain in the region so we were unable to take advantage of the outdoor fireplace and fire pit which I had very much been looking forward to. The property management team did send an email about this ban on the day of our arrival to let us know but I really wish it had come sooner so I was better prepared. Also, highway noise could be heard when sitting on the decks - even though the road itself is not close by - so it wasn’t quite as peaceful and tranquil as I had hoped, but view was still amazing and multiple decks offer multiple seating options. Perhaps highway noise is just an issue when tree cover and foliage is reduced in fall and winter months. Otherwise we greatly enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the home and took full advantage of the downstairs projector (my teenager had it working like a pro), hot tub and gas fireplaces. Great place for a relaxing getaway with family and/or friends!
