About This Space
Tucked into the mountains of Cherry Log, Knotty Barn gives you the peaceful mountain setting you came for without giving up the comforts of home. Large windows bring the surrounding scenery inside, while multiple levels give everyone room to spread out.
Start the morning with coffee and a mountain view, spend the day exploring everything North Georgia has to offer, then head back to the cabin for a soak in the hot tub or an evening around the fire pit.
Inside, the warm wood finishes and modern farmhouse style make the cabin feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The main living area centers around a custom stone gas fireplace, creating a cozy gathering spot for movie nights or slow evenings after a day in the mountains.

The Space
The main level features an open living and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful stained cabinetry, and everything you need to prepare breakfast before heading out or dinner at the cabin.
Upstairs, the private king suite offers a comfortable retreat with its own bathroom and Smart TV. There's also a loft area that's perfect for slowing down with a book or simply enjoying a little extra space.
Downstairs is where the cabin becomes especially fun for families. The terrace level includes a queen bedroom, full bathroom, twin bunks, and a game area with foosball and Ringo. Kids can have their own space downstairs while the adults relax upstairs.
Outside, settle into the hot tub, fire up the gas grill, or gather around the fire pit as the sun goes down. And don't forget to make time to simply sit outside and enjoy the mountain views—it's one of the best parts of staying at Knotty Barn.

Knotty Barn is located in Cherry Log, putting you in a great spot between the mountain towns of Blue Ridge and Ellijay. Spend the day shopping and dining downtown, visit local wineries and breweries, or head toward the Aska Adventure Area for hiking, biking, fishing, and outdoor adventures.
Lake Blue Ridge and some of North Georgia's most popular outdoor attractions are also within reach, so you can fill your vacation with as much adventure—or as little—as you'd like.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
