I called an asked what the age lot it was and was told 18 and then when I arrived after having booked 2 weeks ago I was able to check in because I am not 21 yet.

I stayed in room 126 the t.v. was locked on country radio and out of 8 whirlpool jets only 3 worked. I got talked greedy to about my deposit by a foreigner who wouldn't give there name, id like a refund or a comp at another hotel with Jacuzzis

As costumer is about to get in, the entrance doesn't have proper signs of name of property such as sign of property is low almost on the ground level. This property should have a slight entrance to avoid costumer get hit from behind while trying to get into the property. When you get in, colors are very strong such as room has 2 strong colors and one light, total of 3 colors, bed has 2 different colors of pillow cases, mirror on the ceiling on top of bed looks like it's either broken, some eye contact lenses sticked on it, or some condoms glued on it. Roof is leaking, light bulbs has tap on it, window of the property isn't wide enough for body to pass through in case of fire bust into the property. Property needs one wide window that opens from inside to outside. Property does have intinguisher, but can't rely only on it. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable like very soft. Property doesn't have a table for couples to eat in case they order food. Couples have to rely on night stand. The vide is weird like very heavy vibe as kind of sex inviting.

The sink was clogged the entire time, half of the jets in the tub didn't work and light fixtures were hanging off the ceiling and when I told the front desk it took them a while to come. So I was only able to use the hot tub for one day and he didn't fix the clogged sink. He told me to use the one in the bathroom. Did not apologize for the inconvenience nor did they offer me any courtesy comp.
