"The space is cute with a lot of potential and in a good location. Unfortunately the host isn't keeping up the home. The toilet was broken and the heater in the bedroom was broken (or hard to use and no response when I reached out for help). Our stay was at a very cold time of year so we all 3 ended up sleeping in the living room on the fold out couch bed. "We loved our 3 night stay at this great little suite. The area is beautiful with many historic houses and mansions in the surrounding blocks. All the excitement of Coldax is just a block away, 10 mins to Ogden Theatre and 10 minutes to the Red Rocks shuttle stop at Illegal Pete’s. Many great restaurants within 10 min walk from the property, and downtown and the RiNO neighbourhoods are about 35 mins away walking.
