- Brand new downtown apartment located right above bustling brewpub in downtown Waynesville. Enjoy views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and easy access to the shops, galleries, movie theater & restaurants of Main Street.
This newly remodeled corner apartment is in the heart of Downtown Waynesville. Enter into the open floor plan space with large kitchen & living area. Full kitchen features rustic wood cabinets, granite countertops & bar & new stainless steel appliances. Living room features exposed brick, wood accents, queen sofa bed & new 55" Smart HDTV. Clean, modern bathroom with dual entrances from living room & bedroom. Cozy bedroom with Queen sleigh bed & large walk in closet.
*Apartment is located on the second floor & must be accessed via stairs from Main Street.

The one bedroom loft style apartment was wonderful! Clean, functional, comfortable and very convenient. So easy to walk downstairs from secure area to shops and restaurants.

In the middle of everything downtown!
Park your car and walk to everything downtown Waynesville! Everything was close and as described. We love the location and the accommodations. We will stay again in the future!

Exactly how described. Perfect for a couple. Comfortable. Communication was great. Excellent location. Brewery is right below that is excellent.Only very minor thing- parking can be a bit of a task at busier times. Would 100% stay again and will next time we have a visit to Waynesville.

Great Location!
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was perfect! The apartment is updated and has some Mountain View’s. Easy to enter off Main Street. Location is perfect to walk around shops and restaurants on Main Street.

Great apartment, great location
Waynesville is a great little town with lots of charm and plenty of things to do. This apartment was perfect for my wife and me. It was extremely clean and was in the center of the town.

We’d definitely stay again!
This property was an a perfect location for food, drinks, and day hikes. The apartment was immaculately clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our host was very communicative and we even got to spend some time getting to know the locals at the Waynesville festival!

Great location and a great stay
Very clean and conveniently located within walking distance of all the great shops and restaurants in downtown Waynesville. There’s a great brewery located below the unit. Even with a band playing, noise was not a problem. Would definitely stay here again.
