"This property is was perfect for my husband and I. Private, quiet, Great Lake access. Hot was fantastic. Kitchen had everything we could need. Super clean! Looks exactly like the pictures. I would say if you have an issue with stairs as they’re very steep to the bedroom and down to the dock, it might not be for you. But thankfully that wasn’t our case. Wonderful property! Will be staying again! "

"Such a nice property! Relaxing, comfortable, and cute decor. We stayed here to be close by to ride the Smoky Mountain Railway and it was 5 minutes from here. The deck was my favorite thing. We were treated to some great music coming from a venue below in town, being it was a Friday night. Loved it! I hope to return and will be staying here. The host was wonderfully thoughtful and helpful."

"Our stay was Sept 12-14, the apt is cute as can be! So many unique, fun touches! Easy to fin, easy parking, great location with many walkable restaurants. Comfy bed, everything needed is easy to find. Thanks for a great stay, we would stay there again!! "

"This was the first time my wife and I stayed at a tiny house. Amy and Luke made the experience wonderful. They really made you feel like family. It was a wonderful adventure for my wife and I."

"This unit was our base for a couple of days of hiking in the area. Very relaxing after miles on trails and had what we required but I would say the kitchen could use a bit more supplies (especially if your stay is more than 2 days) I would stay here again."

"We had a great time at this property and very convenient to town and close to other towns to visit . We had to cut our time short but I am sure if were ever go back to Sylva NC this would be a place I would rent again. Everyone was very friendly."

"Charming mountain house with a wrap around deck and screened porch. Hot tub was great and kitchen details - like pot holders and corkscrew/bottle opener - appreciated very much. Enjoyable just sitting on the deck and enjoying the nature and peace. Would recommend a 4 wheel drive to get up and down Plott Balsam Road (though we did manage with a 2wd sedan). Very close to Soco Falls and Blue Ridge Parkway. A lovely secluded getaway that you won't want to leave. "

"Wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house was very clean, communication was excellent, well equipped with small appliances. It even had an iron, which was appreciated for my husband's dress shirt. "

"Our stay here was absolutely amazing! It was walking distance to everything so we didn’t need to drive anywhere besides the grocery store and it was less than a 5 min drive. We did drive up to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park to do rafting and that was about a 10 min drive at most. This rental is pet friendly and almost every store and restaurant in Bryson City is pet friendly as well so you can take your dog walking around town with you and most of the stores have water bowls for the...

" Very cute property right off off the highway. It was very clean, quaint and lovely views. They even provided firewood! The hot tub was nice to soak in over a wonderful sunset"
