"This was the cutest little cottage with fantastic views . It was also very peaceful & quiet if you are looking to just relax. We had a wonderful time . The only thing I might add for information only is to take all your groceries, as there is not a store close by . Also if you are elderly or have mobility issues and want to fish the steps down to the water are a challenge. The deck & stairs are beautifully done with several places to rest , but still a challenge for some , but the view is...

"This was the most horrible place I've ever seen! Thankfully VRBO arranged a full refund. We never even took our luggage out of the car. Opened the front door and floor was littered with dead bugs. Our first clue should have been the filthy plastic chairs on the front porch, along with a empty can of RAID bugspray. I could go on and on but beleive me, this place is a total DUMP! I have many pictures to back up all of the unbelievable things that were either completely broken, used up or dirty...

From wading in the creek, searching for arrowheads, fishing in the pond, watching the beautiful horses running in the fields, playing with precious Lady Love, watching my grandkids having the time of their lives to relaxing in the swing just enjoying the peace and quiet of nature.I have been renting vacation homes for years with Vrbo and I must say this one ranks at the very top. "The Pickwick Perch was an excellent choice for a little weekend getaway for some much needed rest and relaxation. Super cute set up with all the needed necessities. Full well equipped kitchen and dining area. The space and layout was very open and inviting. Everything was clean and tidy. The waffle towels in the bathroom were amazing and a great touch lol. It’s the small things sometimes. Very quiet and relaxing place. The host Robert was super friendly and very responsive. Overall 10/10 stay....
