"My husband and I found this cottage a charming little treasure! Lovely attention to detail! Subtle accents of Native American history found in this area. Peaceful and private! We will return for sure!!"

"The house itself is very nice and equipped with anything you might need, but the best feature is the view from the screen porch. You can see the lake. Not a clear view but beautiful through the tree tops. I've never been anywhere so quiet. All we heard were birds and an occaisonal boat. The wifi was down and cell service is very spotty, but a blessing to get away from there. Can't wait to return."

"House was spotless, comfortable, in a great location - family was able to walk up to the river walk in the mornings and literal minutes from downtown for dinner / shopping. We didn’t take advantage of it, but property is across the street from an indoor pool for a rainy day activity. The driveway could he a bit tricky - we found it best to drive past, and back into; but past that zero complaints, would 100% stay again. "

"The house was very clean and is located downtown of Etowah. The house is older, but nicely remodeled. A plus is the fenced in backyard for pets. Communication with the owner was very easy and prompt. No complaints here."

"Oh we fell in love with the Cabin immediately, the location is great, and the drive to the cabin just GORGEOUS with Scottish Highland cows and beautiful Lucy green rolling fields to look at with a pristine little mountain creek along the way. The mimosa tree by the house was in FULL bloom, along with the Hibiscus, hosta and day lily blooms creating a gorgeous backdrop for the cabin! We especially enjoyed watching the fireflies from the hot tub in the evening. This location is central to...

"Over all great rental ! It was very nice loved the location private, we LOVED the screened in deck and 90% of our stay was on the deck! Definitely would recommend this place! The driveway was a little tricky but still great !!"

"This property was more than we could have hoped for. It was me, my wife, and our dog. I particularly liked the quiet location where the dog and I could explore without worrying about traffic on our long walks. Pretty convenient to town yet very secluded. The 100 year old concrete bridge that leads to the property is fantastic. We would love to stay again the next time we come to Maryville. "

"My husband and I visited the Firefly to celebrate our marriage and we had a lovely time. It’s the perfect place to cozy up with a good book near the fire. We also brought our dog, and she probably had more fun than we did running around the yard. Overall, a great stay and we would absolutely come back. My only suggestion would be getting some new cooking utensils because the ones provided are a bit melted and chipping."
