"The hotel and its staff are superb, and my stay at the Radisson blu GST was a refreshing experience. The hotel is a smart hotel, making everything so easy in the room. An added bonus is the hotel's efforts to make everything as sustainable as possible. Aman was extremely courteous, and helpful, as we're all the reception staff, and he even presented me with a mug signed by the staff. "We loved our 2 day stay. The showered was great. The restaurant staff, room staff and check in were great. We loved the hospitality of the cooks and servers in all 3 restaurants. The ceiling in the room leaked from A/C. The only incident that put a damper was one of the front staff rudely told my young daughter who was taking a call in the lobby and had her foot touch the chair in front (not fully placed) to sit well as it is the lobby. I wonder if they share the same concerns with the men...

"They should mention that the pool and other facilities are often booked for community events. In fact the pool holds swimming lessons six days a week twice a day, each a three hour slot. If I knew this I would have booked elsewhere since one of my main goals during the trip was to swim as often as possible. I think it's great that swimming lessons are given there but guests should be warned in advance. Otherwise it's a very centrally located and very comfortable property."
