There is a free on street parking outside the house. This home is perfect for contractors, families with children or groups of up to 7 people.

Welcome to our beautifully presented 3-bedroom home situated on a quiet road yet right in the very Town Centre. This inviting home is the perfect choice whether you're planning a short Cotswold family break, a corporate or business stay, or simply a much-needed get-together with friends.
Spread across three storeys (basement, ground and first floors), the house offers three well-appointed bedrooms plus a separate living room/ 4th bedroom in the basement.
The ground floor boasts a double bedroom to the left side, with a double bed, a semi open-plan kitchen and dining area for 6-8 people, with patio doors leading to a private patio with outdoor dining area and a bathroom with shower/ WC.
From the dining area, you can take the stairs down to the living room/ TV room/ 4th bedroom with a snug corner sofa which can also serve as a single bed.
Upstairs the property offers 2 further bedrooms, a large master bedroom facing the front of the property with 2 single beds (which can also be set up as a queen bed when pushed together) and a spacious 3rd bedroom facing the rear of the property with another double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catered stay, including a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, along with all the essential utensils for cooking and catering. The dining area is designed to seat 6-8 guests comfortably.
This home combines thoughtful design and practical features to ensure your stay is both relaxing and memorable.
Guest access
The home has everything you need for a self-contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box outside the property and the code for this will be provided to you in the morning on the day of your arrival.

🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white hotel quality bed linen is provided along with 2 pillows per guest. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. A bathmat is provided in each bathroom.
🚿 Toiletries: Shower gel and shampoo, hand soap as well as toilet paper are provided.
🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer weekly complimentary housekeeping services.

IT'S A FREE ON STREET PARKING ON CHAPEL STREET ONLY (RIGHT OUTSIDE THE HOUSE), IF YOU FIND A SPACE, YOU DON'T NEED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE. IF THERE IS NO PARKING WHEN YOU ARRIVE, YOU CAN PARK IN ANY RESIDENTIAL BAY IN ZONE 12 (ALL SURROUNDING STREETS) BUT YOU'LL NEED TO SEND US YOUR VEHICLE'S REGISTRATION PLATE SO WE CAN LOG IN THE ONLINE PARKING PORTAL FOR YOU. YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT FOR A CONFIRMATION BEFORE PARKING. WE WILL PROCESS PARKING REGISTRATIONS PROMPTLY BETWEEN 9 AM AND 8 PM. IF YOU KNOW YOU'RE DUE TO ARRIVE LATE, PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE DURING THE SPECIFIED HOURS SO WE CAN REGISTER YOUR VEHICLE.
