This is a one floor, main floor entry condo (no stairs are required to enter the condo), with one condo above, and next door.

With a private patio and grill for use only by this condo.

There is no pool on the property, or pool access. The pool next door is for LAKESIDE VILLA GUESTS ONLY, not Beach Bungalow guests.

1 FREE parking spot! Avoid the traffic, long lines and fees to park your car at Lakeside Park! Additional vehicles can park at the city park & ride a block away. (A second spot may be available upon request for an additional cost).

This is a completely private stay, with self check in, and check out. There are two private bedrooms (One with 1 king bed and 1 full futon, and the second bedroom with 1 queen be and 1 pullout twin sofa sleeper). There are no sleeping arrangements in the living room.

This condo does not have lake views as it's on the main floor, however the lake in less than 3-5 minutes away on foot (depending on how quickly you can walk!). There's no need to move your car to see and access the water!

Here are some directions to help you find our place:

1) If coming from Seattle - when on Highway 97 ALT North, turn LEFT onto Center Street (at the giant snow cone), towards the lake.

If coming from downtown Chelan - take a RIGHT onto Center Street (at the giant snow cone), towards the lake.

2) Slowly head straight, and take the FIRST LEFT down the driveway before the round-about (between Lakeside Villas and Lakeside Beach Bungalows).

3) Your parking spot is the 3rd spot on your right, under the covered parking, labeled B-6.

4) The entrance is directly in front of the parking spot.

Please note that due to the age and character of the building, some areas of the flooring are uneven. Although this is a main floor unit, the condo is not considered handicapped or wheelchair accessible.
