First impressions of this property were great, clean upon initially getting into the unit and appeared to have anything we should need. Parking permits are required for this property and we could not locate the permits anywhere in the rental. When we reached out to the support line, they “created a ticket” for the local service team to remedy the issue but in the meantime we needed to create our own permit and place it on the dash of our vehicles. Nothing like feeling your constantly at risk of having your vehicle towed while on vacation with littles. We heard nothing more from the local team in regard to any parking permit throughout our stay. Our first morning we discovered there was no coffee or complimentary anything outside of dish soap, shampoo, conditioner. I wouldn’t expect a fully stocked pantry or fridge or anything, but felt coffee would be one small thing to have, if even left over from previous renters, that would make for great experience or thoughtful touch. This first morning we also found one ant in the carpet in the living room, just one. We looked around a bit expecting that if there’s one ant there is probably more but didn’t see any that day. Fast forward to the next morning and there was an abundance of ants in the kitchen/dining room. We again reached out to the support line and they again “created a ticket” for the local team to address the issue after we were requested to send photo proof. We still have not heard back and departed the unit a day early
