  • Cleanliness is key here at the Barbie!! Being in southside Chattanooga you have access to all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife. There is a steakhouse called number 10 on site of property . Walkto the brewery odd story or shadys corner!!! This is an exclusive property and one of a kind.. Enjoy the hot tub ( 15& above) or the ambience of the fire pit on site with a bottle of wine. NO Parties unless authorized in writing! If you have more people in the condo then approved you will be charged $200 per extra person & additional cleaning fees!!! Ring camera /camera at garage to ensure number of guest and that garage door is open when hot tub is in use. Both monitor entry for safety & house rules

The place is beautiful, comfortable and so unique. It was comfortable, well stocked and clean. The host was very responsive to any questions. There is a picture of a Philips coffee machine so I brought whole bean coffee but there was a Keurig instead. I highly recommend this place for a beautiful getaway.

It was an amazing unique home located close to everything. Felt very private and safe for just us girls. Communication was fast and easy. Would recommend this place for sure!

Quick Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay and the house was just as described! Great location and the owner was quick to respond with any questions we had! Would definitely recommend this property! Perfect for a girls weekend!

This house is every girls dream and now 3 IRONMEN! Every detail was amazing and the cleanliness top notch! Stephanni was a great host and prompt! We will remember this house forever and hope to stay again!

A DREAM!

This place is exactly what it says; a DREAM house! Me and my bridesmaids stayed for my bachelorette trip and this place could not have been more perfect! We all had so much fun, loved every part of the house, and the host is incredible! 10/10 recommend!

Great place - great host!

Great place to stay in Chattanooga. The townhouse is immaculate - very clean and well stocked with the necessities. Stephanni is a great host and communicator. We were visiting for a softball tournament and had another 3 - 15-year-old girls plus 2 parents. It fit all of us perfectly. Will definitely return!

Our Go-To Condo in Chattanooga

This was our second time staying at the Barbie Condo, and it never fails to amaze me how meticulously decorated and clean it is. And Stephanni is the most helpful and responsive host who goes above and beyond with her little extras to make guests feel at home. We won’t stay anywhere else!

Girls Trip/Milestone Birthday

In 10 years of girls trips, this was the nicest place we have stayed! So fun, so clean…no detail was overlooked! Location was great as far as being close to restaurants, bars, and sites. But it was very noisy at nights being by the train tracks.

Short weekend trip

We stayed at the Barbie condo for a weekend. I have two daughters (10 and 5) and they kept saying they want to live there lol. There were so many extras and little details. Really good central location near everything in downtown Chattanooga. And the owner is so nice. I told her I was bringing my daughters and she left them each little goody bags with Barbie stuff. So thoughtful. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Better than advertised

Pictures don’t do this condo justice. Every detail was thought of and captured. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you can want to do is 10-15 mins away or less. So, that was an advantage as well. Overall, the condo, communication and price all made this an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back!

Girls Trip 2024

Barbie’s Dream House was the icing on the cake for our Girls trip! So much thought went in to all the little details. Barbie took great care of us and made sure our stay was “Barbie-tastic!” Had a little trouble with the key pad on the front door, host came right over and took care of it. The house is located close to all the attractions and great dining Chattanooga has to offer! Would definitely make this our first choice for our next trip to Chattanooga! 💖

Wonderful!

Such a cute, well done place! We visited for fall break with our 7yo daughter & the attention to detail in this condo was amazing! She was blown away & felt like she was in a real Barbie dream house:) Condo was spotless & communication with owner was great! She left a couple of little happies for us when we arrived & made sure our stay was perfect. The only things I could recommend as tips would be a couple of sound machines for the bedrooms or bring your own(the condo is next to a train track, but no loud horns at night, could just hear the train going by slowly) and a full length mirror somewhere in the house, unless I missed it! Neither were a huge deal, just recommendations! Overall, this place is amazing & made wonderful memories for our family!

Barbie Dream House

I booked this stay for myself, my husband, two grown daughters and five grandkids ages 13-19. I kept the place a surprise. They were so surprised when they walked in! The place was amazing! Every detail was Barbie and was decorated so cute! The kids couldn’t get over it. They started taking pictures and FaceTiming their friends. The boys were just excited as the girls. You really have to see it to believe it!! The beds and furniture were comfortable and everything was really clean. The owner was easily reached. You will not be disappointed in staying here. My kids said it was the best vacation ever!!

Barbie Would Never Host Like This

We booked this home for a surprise 30th birthday weekend with 10 girls. The decor was adorable and matched the photos perfectly. Unfortunately, our fun weekend was completely overshadowed by the host’s behavior.The property was heavily monitored with cameras, including a Ring doorbell and others around the exterior, which wasn’t clearly disclosed. There were also strict smoking rules with no designated areas, even outside. A few guests smoked outside near the patio and garage—never inside. The host contacted us, and I acknowledged that they broke the rules and agreed to pay the 200 fine.From there, the host sent repeated messages, including photos of my guests taken from a neighboring unit and outdoor cameras, which felt like a huge invasion of privacy. She kept pushing for payment through Venmo—even after I said I’d pay through VRBO once I got home—and continued texting me off-platform. When I said her tone made me uncomfortable, she defended herself by explaining “what harassment means legally,” and referenced her husband being an attorney.She also sent a screenshot of air quality data to claim someone may have smoked inside. But with 10 girls getting ready using perfume and hairspray, a VOC spike is no surprise. Despite trying to cooperate, the host’s behavior felt excessive and unprofessional. The house is beautiful, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values privacy or wants to relax.Barbie would be disappointed.

We loved our stay at the Barbie Dreamhouse! My 7-year old daughter was in absolute heaven! Everything was meticulously clean and the decor/theme was absolute perfection. Communication with the owner was also very easy.
