This house is absolutely gorgeous! The beds were so comfortable! The location is perfect to get to all the major attractions that Chattanooga has to offer. We had a really nice time!

The property itself is absolutely beautiful! It was spacious, clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It can easily be a five if: the overflowing garbage from the previous occupants was picked up; bath towels were placed in all bedrooms; each bathroom was equipped with toilet paper; and the lockbox to the front door was operational. I do appreciate that bath towels and toilet paper were delivered the next morning; however, we had already secured what we needed. With better management this property would have ranked as one of my better Vrbos.

Our family really enjoyed the property. We had a great time being all together in one location. The property is large, beautifully decorated and well maintained. It was a wonderful size for our family to spread out. All rooms are large with the 2 downstairs bedrooms great for guests with mobility issues, both with private bathrooms and 1 half bath. The other 3 are upstairs with one shared bathroom. The only thing I would say is that the "queen" bed in the room with the twin bed is only a double not a queen and has a very hard box spring with a 3 inch foam topper (not very comfortable). The kitchen was well stocked for preparing a large family meal but some of the teflon pans have seen better days and the can opener did not work. The only real issue is that the site gives a flat rate that "includes all fees'' which one assumes is for the number of guests indicated (13) but does not clearly specify that the extra guest fees start way below the listed occupancy of 13. It also charges an extra guest fee for in-town family that just come for dinner (still without exceeding the 13 occupancy listed). They should tell their guests that before they book. We would definitely consider this property for future visits.

All rooms were well appointed and cleanly kept. Kitchen was spacious and beautiful. Wish we had a muffin pan, but well stocked space. Family was comfortable and temperature was perfect at 72 degrees day and night. It was the perfect home for all of us!!! What a delight!!!

Beautiful property! 4 generations of our family and it was perfect! Large bedrooms, halls, kitchen and great back deck. I highly recommend staying and we will be booking again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay there was lots of space and it was great for my 90 year old grandmother and older parents were able to be on the first floor while my family had their own space upstairs! We enjoyed our stay!

The property is as advertised. Large square footage, large rooms, clean (except for the garage), and nicely furnished. The garage floor was littered with tree leaves, "Daddy-Long-Leg spiders" and their webs, and debris. I cleaned out the spiders and swept the floor so we would not track the debris into the house. The property is nicely located in Red Bank allowing ease of access to tourist venues, the mountains, and other areas of interest without the need to travel I-24 over Missionary Ridge with it's abundance of 18-wheeler trucks. The only negative for our party of seven was the restriction for day visitors. We have relatives in the area and were told a 50.00 charge would be assessed to each visitor to the property who were not included in the party of seven. We complied with the rule, and all other rules. This property is on our list of places for future visits.

Very nice

Very nice place to stay. I think everyone enjoyed it. Wouldn't necessarily recommend it for lots of kids due to all the cool breakable decorations, but had lots of room, was clean, spacious. As described and we would stay there again.

This was our second time renting this house. It is perfect for a family vacation. We have two small children and there were plenty of spaces to set up their beds. It has a very large family room which allowed us to have plenty of space to relax and visit. The area is perfect. Walking distance to a playground and very close to coffee shops and other restaurants. We will definitely be renting again!

Beautiful home

The house was as advertised, beautiful and spacious. Close to key locations in/near downtown Chattanooga. vey comfortable. some mattress are not very very firm but everyone found one they liked.

Quick trip to Chattanooga

This beautiful home is actually so much more than we anticipated. It’s spacious, comfortable, well-stocked and even more than we anticipated from the listing. The property manager was easy to communicate with and all instructions were very clear. The only disappointment was that we could stay longer. Thank you.

Wonderful Big House

We adored this big house for our family over New Years! It was spotlessly clean and just beautiful! Also close to all the attractions we went too. We will stay here again when we come back to Chattanooga!!

Graduation event at Lineman school

This place is huge, very inviting. Close enough to stores , resturants so you do not need to drive. What was t o be 7 of us turned into just 4.out to be 4 of us and there was sooooo much room.

Overnight Stat

I stayed at the property overnight with my family to watch my nephews last UTC game. Upon arrival, the cleaning period were still there. I was told that they weren't notified that a booking was made for that day. Check in is at 4pm, we arrived at 6pm. I had my 63 year old mother with me who suffered major strokes so I told them that I needed to enter the home to allow her to rest. They finished cleaning within 30 mjnutes and left. There were not enough towels as they were left wet in the machine. I had to put them in the dryer before heading to dinner. It was disappointing as I paid over $700 for one night and I'm having to do housework. The owner was apologetic, however, I would've preferred compensation. Upon arriving back to the home, we had to wait 1.5 hours for the towels to dry so that everyone could bathe. This wasn't pleasant after driving all day and not being able to rest after a long day. The home is spacious and the pictures are accurate.

Great place and convenient location

House was amazing, very clean and had everything you'd need for a week long stay. It was as nice as the pictures indicated. The location was also really convenient for getting to different parks for riding/hiking and lots of good places to eat less than 10 minutes away.
