Awesome sunsets!

The KAI Cabin was amazing! The hot tub is nestled, perfectly, to catch the most beautiful sunset I’ve ever seen. The cabin was cozy, clean and well maintained. The usage of this tiny space made it feel bigger than it was. I called to have the hot tub checked out to make sure it was working properly. They had someone there within 15 minutes! Very nice job guys! Impressive!!

Kai cabin short stay

We stayed here for just 2 nights. It was a nice little get away. The inside of the bathroom was our one complaint because the flooring could cause serious damage to someone’s foot. For the price paid I expected the bathroom to be more upgraded. The rest of the cabin was great. Nice hot tub, kitchen with at least coffee amenities. (I would’ve added tea to their list of amenities) the upstairs loft is short and good for kids. We came with our one adult friend who is 5’1 so she managed. Our first night was great in temperature but our second night we had a rough sleep because it was quite hot inside for some reason. Overall we enjoyed our stay because it was clean but our experience should’ve been a bit smoother. This is in comparison to us traveling and staying in other accommodations. Still gave it a 5 star review but there were definitely a few hiccups for those reading. The train was not an issue at all for this cabin. :)

We stayed last year and absolutely loved the location, so book again this year with this cabin. Cabin was great, had everything you would need. The only thing was the bathroom floor needs a little repair. Tile coming up near door. Other than that, everything was great.

Quick Family Getaway

I would recommend this cabin and booking service to anyone looking for a great experience for relaxation. It was perfect for my family. We took a visit to Lake Winnie and it was not too far from the cabin. The communication and the cleanliness of the cabin was superb. We will be booking again for future visits.

Chattanooga's perfect stay

The whole campground was well taken care of. Located on the side of the mountain amongst the trees but so close to all attractions on our must see list. We loved being able to bring our dog on her 1st family vacation. She loved the cabin and all of the squirrels around the property. The cabin (Kai) was perfect. Hottub was nice and even came with a how to video. Kitchen had all types of cooking utensils. Soap and body care was provided. Extra towels. Check-in and out was super easy. Daily trash pickup was nice. My only complaint (very minor) was the enterance to our parking spot was a little rough. Maybe need some dirt or rocks to fill the holes. We absolutely loved staying here. I will definitely be recommending the campgroud to any family/friends visiting the area.

Charming neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The cabin was adorable and I appreciated that everything we needed was there. It was a close driving distance to town but felt rustic. The kids enjoyed playing in the park.

Great vacation cabins

This was a great find and place to stay. Convenient to all the tourists attractions in the area. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. The cabins had everything that you could possibly need. Plus, we loved the hot tub.

We stayed here as a halfway point to florida! We loved it but only had a few short hours there due to an accident on the way there that shut down the highway- so it was an expensive stay for 6 hours! But everything was as listed

The cabin was nice and cozy.

Everything was perfect. Property was beautiful, and very clean. Hot tub was clean and well kept, plenty of towels provided for both hot tub and showers. Loved they provided QR codes for the use of the heater system. Just wish the video provided was a bit closer up to tell what the symbols for the heat and air actually were, looked them up on the Mitsubishi Electronics website for help on that. Was a bit unaware of the sharp turn off the highway into the grounds, but got used to it after the first couple of times. The train was a bit close, but could not hear it inside the cabin, so did not interfere with sleep. Was wishing had stayed there longer!
