We were just in for the weekend but it was a comfortable living area to rest at night. Windows across the wall. I felt safe in the neighborhood and there were decent restaurants close by. It was me and my husband and our grandson. Everyone enjoyed. … there were even puzzles there that my grandson enjoyed!

Wide open floor plan, bbq in walking distance that has small goat petting zoo lol. It’s great for families or couples. If you are not into BBQ it has a wonderful Italian restaurant just as close.

Our family of four stayed during a fall break from school. Great location, within 15 minutes of Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls, lots of restaurants, and groceries. Comfy beds, spacious, very clean, just as listed. We would stay again.

Thank you Rodney! The house setup, the amenities, the view, and feel of the home was fantastic. We needed a staycation away from home :). This place provided us the opportunity for a wonderful view of the city and mountains where we could spend time together playing board games, cooking food, and resting. We went out once a day to adventure around and always looked forward to coming back :). Logistic to know for those who come: be ready to back up to get in and out of the drive or do a 3 point turnaround at the house. Not a problem for us even with a quarter ton truck. Great home away from home ♥️

We loved our stay at this cute tree house the natural light and view during the day was amazing and city lights at night were breathtaking. This rental had everything you could need as far as convenience. Each room had multiple wall outlets good for us and our baby monitor and plenty of closet space . The location was perfect. Felt very secluded, but also close to town at the same time in the city, but not in the city. The noise outside did not bother us too much honestly didn’t really hear it much inside,more from the balcony obviously but still traffic noise wasn’t that bad I will say I did enjoy the balcony wish I could’ve enjoyed it a little bit more, but a family of wasps decided that it was theirs. That was another thing that was also conveniently located under the sink wasp spray, but they just kept coming back and I’m a scaredy cat. Having a washing machine and dryer was also great . Would definitely stay here again wonderful rental

We were very comfortable and had all the”things” we needed. The view from the windows was magnificent and magnetic as I couldn’t stop looking! The driveway was a small challenge the first time we used it but no problem once we figured it out. Chattanooga was a fine hostess. Thanks Rodney for a great VRBO stay.

Rodney was an excellent host who went out of his way to make sure that all of our accommodations were met. We had a minor issue with tv/internet and he exceeded our expectations of remedying the problem in a timely manor. House was clean and comfortable with great views!

Enjoyed the view the most! Easy access location. Nicely furnished and great communication. I was a little nervous after seeing reviews about the “road noise”. Puuhhhlease! Yes the interstate is part of the (distant) view and if you try to- you can hear occasional road noise but it’s not disruptive at all!!! I’m triggered by sleep disturbances and experienced NONE! It was a great stay and the surprise bottle of wine was an unexpected and lovely touch! Give this place a try!

Wonderful stay. The view is magnificent. Very clean and accommodating. Close to Lookout and Signal Mountain. 2 really great restaurants in the neighborhood. Local grocery store very close and easy to get to. Loved our getaway.
