The view in the backyard is stunning. The house was clean and perfect for our group. We enjoyed staying here.

The property was a 10/10. It was clean and spacious. It was only a couple hundred feet from the water. The view was amazing. The lake is beautiful. And only about 20 minutes from Chattanooga. Loved the stay.

The highlight of the property is the covered back porch, which has lovely views of the river. The living room and dining area are also comfortable for the group to sit together. The house has original features that are generally well-maintained as well as several updates such as new windows. The hosts were very responsive to a question we had soon after checking in. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the natural beauty of this riverside retreat.

This place was simply amazing. We arrived in the middle of the night so we couldn’t really see outside until the next morning. When we woke up and went out on the back deck we instantly knew this was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The view was simply breathtaking. I don’t think we will stay anywhere else when we visit Chattanooga. The sun coming over the mountains looking down on the water with picturesque smoke on top of the water was amazing. If you’re visiting Chattanooga this place is worth every penny. Can’t say enough about how relaxing this trip was.

Great location, really enjoyed being right on the river. Short drives to both great hiking trails and downtown Chattanooga. Snoopers Rock is a must see, absolutely amazing view.

Great stay right on the river

Quiet, relaxing home was perfect to spend time with family. Close enough to town that a day trip isn’t a huge ordeal.

Riverside Relaxation

Stayed here with some friends. It’s on the river and close enough to Chattanooga to go for eating and site seeing. Would stay here again.

Relaxing and very memorable

We went to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday and this property did not disappoint. We all left feeling refreshed and took home a lot of memories.

We had an amazing time from start to finish. Fishing in the mornings leisurely boat rides to Chattanooga for lunch, all around a perfect week. Already planning our trip for next year.

Unique beautiful property

This is a wonderful property right on the river. It was so nice and just what our family needed for a weekend away. It was clean and excellent accommodations.

Great quick trip to the lake

We had a great time. The cabin was clean and lots of space for the kids. It was nice to be right on the river with a dock and paddle boards, rafts to use. It was a nice little family getaway.

This property was great for our family with young kids. The house was spacious and as described. Our kids loved the patio and waterfront/dock - fishing, kayaking, and swimming every day. The path to the house is windy, as noted, but not problematic and otherwise a short drive to downtown and other attractions. Thanks for having us.

Lovely home for the weekend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was quick to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth. Everything was clearly laid out for us and made of easy for us to enjoy the backyard and river.

We really enjoyed the property! Being right on the river and secluded from the city, but still within 20-30 mins of just about everything was perfect!We do feel the house looked more dated in person than in the photos, but the beds and bedding were all very comfortable, the kitchen worked well for everyone in our family (ranging from 11 to 81 years old) and we all enjoyed our time there. Though the house is dated it is very obviously well cleaned regularly which is very important to us!Important note unrelated to the property: Be sure to eat at Uncle Larry’s on E MLK Blvd when you visit Chattanooga! It is absolutely stellar, delicious, fresh soul food.
