"This comment may not be true about all the rooms. Our room was outside of the main building (lavender room). The room had an old stained carpet that was not vacuumed at all during the time we were there. We know this because there were several dried leaves on the carpet from the day we arrived to the day we left.
If you stay at the hotel for longer than a day, they do not clean the room unless it’s requested. We did request and they made the bed and put fresh towels but did not vacuum the...
