On the first floor are the living rooms, namely 1 dining room with a lounge area, a professional and fully equipped kitchen (oven, piano stove, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, raclette machine, fondue set, pierrade stove, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo and a washing machine) and the terrace, facing south, with garden furniture and barbecue for eating outside.
On this level there is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200), accessible for people with reduced mobility, with shower room/WC.

Finally, on the 1st floor, you will find the other 6 bedrooms and their shower room/WC:
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160 x 200)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200)
- 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 x 200) and 2 bunk beds (90 x 200)
