- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside:
- A 16 m² south-west-facing stone terrace with furniture. It is bordered by a slate cliff and a stream, so you can make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Châteaulin, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
