"Service charge of 10% is a bit high on the restaurant bill."

"The staff and food are brilliant the only thing that lets it down are the bathroom I have stayed about 7 times now beds are comfortable room clean and tidy just the bathrooms need updating having said that I will be back because the staff are so nice and friendly"

"This is a nice convenient hotel, off the M1 near Daventry but still a couple of miles to the town centre. It’s certainly a big hotel and seems to do a lot of events and conferences. There’s a small bar with some food but I didn’t find it very homely as it’s at the side of the giant entrance. I’m pretty sure the staff are friendly and helpful but the lady I checked in with initially couldn’t find my booking and became very curt as though I’d made an error in booking or something so I showed her...

"Lovely hotel to stay in for 1 night. The receptionist was super helpful and very kind. The room was very decent for the price and had everything needed. The bed was very comfortable The only downside there was no hot water at midnight when I went back to my room. The facilities has a huge parking which was a bonus for me."

"Nice room, great food, easy to park and lovely staff."

"the room was noisy but ok. they didn´t clean my room in 3 days...just bend the towels..."

"An old building and we had stayed just once before the current owners took on the hotel. The staff were friendly, excellent prices for drinks both in the restaurant and bar. The Sri Lankan food was superb, tasty and full of flavour, next time I'll as for it to be hotter. The room was clean, comfortable despite being in an old building. Bathroom spotless, lovely fluffy towels, perhaps a little smell of damp in them. We will certainly return."

"Decent room, perhaps a bit of noise from guests (Friday night) but spacious and comfortable room. Reasonably priced. Pub meal was on point and better than it was previously. Staff were great. Parking was fine though not many spaces if arriving at a busy time."

"Nice hotel, good location"
