This place was AMAZING!!!! The views were phenomenal from the living area, deck and bedrooms. The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything! The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The place was immaculate! We wish we could have stayed longer! The host was gracious and responded to our questions and had recommendations. I highly recommend it.

The unit is exactly as pictured. It's clean, well stocked and the views from inside and from the balcony are delightful. The easy going owner met us at check-in to show us everything we needed to know about the condo. The waterfront location is spectacular and it's fun to watch the marina activities and the docking of cruise ships. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Several are a short walk across a lovely park or along the scenic waterfront boardwalk. The Charlottetown location provides easy access to all the beauty PEI has to offer.

Enjoyable Stay

My family of three stayed for three nights as we explored the island. Great location to do so. It was in walking distance to everything you want to do in town as well. The condo itself was very nice. Well appointed, very clean, and comfortable. We had an issue with the king bed the first night but I contacted host and he was there to rectify it immediately. You can tell he has great pride in providing this condo to people.

This was our 3rd time going to this Location, Location, Location . It has an enviable view of the marina and waterfront. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather so sitting on the deck was amazing. Close to everything that we appreciate such as boardwalks, grocery stores, art and entertainment. Thanks to the owners for making sure our visit was stress free.

This is the perfect location! Wonderful waterfront condo with a lovely outdoor patio we used every morning and evening. Kudos to host Fred for the check-in process and how well he stocked the unit (kitchen, baths and laundry room were stocked like a private home!) We parked the car in the garage (totally secure, which was great as we left our golf clubs in the back of the SUV) and walked everywhere. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Waterfront Condo

This condo on the Charlottetown waterfront exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats come and go. There is a park next to the condo that featured a market on Sunday. We didn’t need a vehicle as we walked to the shops and restaurants. We didn’t have any issues and the owner was extremely helpful. One suggestion would be to have a sign in book with pertinent information like TV channels, emergency numbers, recycling, composting and services that are close by. We will definitely be back to this property.

Beautiful luxurious condo on the waterfront

This beautiful condo with a specular view exceeded our expectations. Fred and Jeannie were gracious hosts and provided a warm welcome on our arrival. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. We were treated with an incredible view of the harbour and witnessed a cruise ship dock in the morning just outside our window. We are definitely coming back.

Great October visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival we received a good orientation of the building and area around it. The condo is clean and bright and very close to the downtown. We would not hesitate to book this same location on our next visit. 100% highly recommended

Great Getway

The location is perfect because of its wonderful view and walking distance to so many things. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. Fred was great and organized us on arrival. We rented a car, and I was happy to have assigned parking. I would highly recommend a stay here. We will be back, hopefully for longer next time.

Very comfortable downtown Charlottetown condo

We spent a long weekend in this fabulous condo when we came up for the shellfish festival. Our host was lovely and accommodating and the space was perfect. Centrally located, very comfortable and well appointed. We had fun drinking coffee and watching the cruise ships come in from our little balcony each morning. We had everything we needed to cook a meal and were steps away from an awesome coffee shop, wine store, and food hall.would absolutely stay here again!
