We enjoyed an adult weekend away with the perfect location for our stay. Central to all the things we needed (Food, Drinks and Entertainment). The VRBO was very clean and great for two couples to share for a quick getaway weekend.

The property was great and perfectly located! I am disappointed in the communication from the property manager however. When I asked to clarify check in instructions they were incredibly rude and impatient about it. Additionally the check out instructions to wash our own dishes and take out our own trash felt excessive especially for the price of the rental.

Location is amazing and very easy to pop out to do some window shopping or grab good food. Overall very comfortable, clean space the only minor issue we ran into was WiFi not working for laptops and was in/out a little when we tried to watch TV

Location is excellent

Great location, on the walking mall, just above an Indian restaurant. Access is easy to the rooftop with cool view of walking mall area with furniture to lounge in, although the rooftop area is shared with all apt owners in the building. Only thing that would make it better is for there to be curtains or shade on the high palladium window in the upstairs bedroom so that light from neighboring building doesn’t shine in all night, and having a nightstand on both sides of bed to lay phone/wallet/etc since there is no other furniture in bedroom.

There are a ton of stairs, which they do include in the description, but the a/c doesn't work well so it was quite uncomfortable in the upper level. Just really like it, although I love Charlottesville-we won't be back

Not worth the price tag

The apartment was clean and close to restaurants/shopping area. The deck area was not clean and as pictured. It is located on top of restaurant so there is a consistent smell of curry inside the apartment and on deck. There is a significant homeless population. At night they use store fronts as camps and it gets pretty interesting at night time. They were several loud arguments amongst them, the police had to come one of the nights.

Fun Location!

We enjoyed our stay while visiting UVA. Location was fun on the downtown square, but directly above a restaurant and near bars was very noisy on a Friday night. We also had the luck of a marathon that ran through downtown Saturday morning, quite early, which was a little rough. The decor is nice, but some wear is apparent and beds could use a refresh as they were saggy and seemed little worn out. Towel rack in upstairs bath fell off when taking off a towel. Overall, would recommend for anyone who wants to be within walking to the charming old town, restaurants, bars and cute coffee shops.

Great location, annd Clean! Carrying keys the entire trip is a little bit of a pain though not sure why the electronic lock at the door cannot be utilized for guests. We still had a great time in Charlottesville!!

Great Stay!

My friends and I are graduates from Darden and wanted to return back to Charlottesville for a fun weekend. This property was perfect - location was ideal right on the downtown mall, the space was very comfortable, and everything was as we had hoped it would be. Highly recommend!

The perfect downtown condo

Beautiful two bedroom condo situated above a wonderful Indian restaurant near one end of the Cville walkable mall.The beds are cloud-like soft, the ceilings high and the kitchen is vintage, combining to create a fun and wonderful atmosphere for whoever stays on the property.Located within nlocks of restaurants, bars, shopping and events, this was the prrfect place to spend a week visiting friends and family.

Nice location

Only thing I would recommend the owner do is invest in a new bed and possibly better pillows for the downstairs room. Very uncomfortable spring mattress that was also extremely noisy with even the slightest movements. My wife and I had 3 pretty poor nights of sleep. However, the apartment itself was pristine and beautiful. Location is unparalleled. Easy remedy.
