Contmporary Farmhouse

Wonderful property that suited our needs perfectly to. Great layout with bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Only negative was the gun shots we heard several nights.

This house was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in Charlottesville for our son's wedding. The house had plenty of space for family and groomsmen. It was extremely clean and everything was in place. Reggie/owner checked in on us many times to make sure we had everything we needed. He was a wonderful host! I highly recommend this house for it's ammenities and proximity to everything in Charlottesville. 10/10!!!

Great stay for UVA grad

We had a group of 8 family members for UVA grad. The house was perfect for our needs - plenty of space to spread out and also to gather and celebrate. The house was spotless clean - like my standard of clean is very high and I was impressed. The beds were super comfortable. We had several cars and could get them all in the garage/driveway. It is a short 5-10 minute drive to UVA - a 5min drive to Downtown mall - could maybe walk but we didn't with grandparents. The Wegmans is close and the wineries are convenient as well. We had a lovely weekend and very thankful for Reggie as a host who was very available and helpful.

Perfect house in Charlottesville

We rented this house for my son and his groomsmen and it was perfect.it has everything you can possibly need or want We had many family members come and visit for meals, the layout was great - loads of space and lots of seating Could not ask for a better location !!! We will definitely rent again

Perfect House

Stayed here for a work retreat. Perfect house for this purpose. Plenty of room for meetings and work. We were all together but each had our own rooms and bathrooms. The house is beautiful and spotless. The owner checked in on us and made us feel important.We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in a great location

Our family enjoyed a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. The home was spacious, comfortable and clean. The fireplace was a welcome feature to come back to after a cold hike and a day of exploring the area. The home was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

Perfect home!

We had a wonderful stay in Charlottesville! The home was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our large group of 12. The location was also excellent, just a short drive (or walk!) from downtown Charlottesville and walking distance to nearby parks and hiking trails. Reggie was so responsive - when we messaged requesting some extra sheets he rushed right over to bring us the supplies we needed. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone!

Fall Family Gathering

Home was perfect for multiple families, with plenty of bedroom, bathrooms, and gathering space. Beds, pillows and linens were high end and very comfortable. Home feels brand new and is in pristine condition. House was well supplied and owner went out of his way to bring us coffee!!

Family Trip

We were in town to celebrate a 100th birthday. We had 7 adults and 5 children. The house was very clean. The host had left fresh flowers on the kitchen table and some local delicacies for us when we arrived. There were plenty of comfortable beds and bedrooms. The kids loved the ‘double decker’ beds. The downstairs had open space for the kids to play. The kitchen had ample counter space for food and drinks. The location was great for access to downtown and Wegmans. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great visit

The house is beautiful and has lots of bedrooms and a nice deck with seating. Host was proactive and timely with information regarding check-in and checkout and left a nice gift for us. House is beautiful -only thing to note is that there’s not a huge living space. We were a group of friends up for the weekend and would have liked a few comfy couches/oversized chairs for hanging in.

Beautiful House and Perfect Location

This house is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It was very clean, spacious and inviting. It is perfect for a large group. Additionally, we were welcomed with fresh flowers, wine, and baked goods - such a thoughtful touch. The house also already had pretty much everything you need - towels (even makeup ones), coffee, tea, soap, etc. The location of the house is great - everywhere we wanted to go downtown (restaurants etc) were 5 minutes max driving. Additionally, there is ample parking between the garage and the driveway, so we all had a spot! Overall, I would highly recommend this beautiful house!

Charlottesville gem

This is a beautiful house with luxury details, even better than pictures. We had a group of five couples, and it was a wonderful choice to relax during a Charlottesville getaway. Liked the easy walk to the downtown mall and Main Street area from a quiet neighborhood. Reggie was lovely to communicate with. I hope to come back someday!

Awesome Accommodations and Host

This property did not disappoint! It is a spacious home that is beautifully decorated. We were in Charlottesville for a girls weekend and the house provided plenty of room for our party of 9. The location is perfect...just minutes from the downtown area, Carter's Mountain and many of the local wineries. We lucked out with the weather and were able to spend time on the back deck which provided ample seating for our entire group. Reggie is a wonderful host and we arrived to a bouquet of flowers, wine and fresh baked muffins. He went above the call of duty after we departed by locating an item that was left behind and mailing it back to a member of our party. While we had a house full of adults, the accommodations are perfect for families as well. The basement area provides plenty of entertainment opportunities. There's a ping pong table, corn hole and plenty of games. I would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful home with a very gracious host!

Amazing home all around

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. Every detail was intentional to make the home warm and inviting and comfortable. We had 2 families and there was so much room - we especially loved the open basement that we could send kids downstairs to play in the morning. The beds are all very comfortable and the towels were great as well. Kitchen is fully stocked which made cooking meals at the house a breeze. I also really appreciated the light “before you leave” list- some places want you to basically clean the house before you go and Reggie only requested the sheets and towels in the laundry bins. Reggie was super communicative and got right back to us with any questions. We are already planning to come back and I don’t see us staying anywhere else!

Perfect for family get together

This house is great and just as advertised. We were a group of 8 adults and one toddler. We had plenty of room; everyone (both couples and singles) had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen is spacious, modern, and well equipped, and the big island provides a great social platform for wine and snacks while dinner is being prepared. For those who wanted to briefly escape with a book, the back balcony seemed perfect, with lots of birds, very impressive hawks, and occasional deer passing by. We walked to an excellent and vibrant farmers market on Saturday morning, and a Wegman’s is within a very short drive, as is Monticello, UVA, and downtown Charlottesville. For our needs and the occasion, I don’t believe we could have made a better choice than this property. If our annual meet-up comes back to Charlottesville, I am sure we would book this house again.

A fantastic farmhouse!

This rental home was perfect for our extended family (family of six and grandparents from both sides). It would also be excellent for several families who are close friends. It is new, uncluttered, extremely clean and very complete. The kitchen is modern and clean - one that anyone would want for their own. The backyard porches provide a lovely and peaceful area to read, relax and/or socialize. We would rent this home again in a minute.
