Welcoming host with personal touches making for a cozy stay. The property is beautiful and has lovely views to soak in. The location is perfect for exploring local wineries, farm to table restaurants,and walking trails. Perfect getaway!

We had an amazing little weekend at the Jefferson cottage. The cottage was beautifully done and very clean! We appreciated all of the provided amenities and how peaceful the farm was. We loved seeing deer outside our window! We loved how secluded the location was but it was very accessible to get into town. Would definitely recommend!

We visited to check out wineries in the area. Check in was easy, the directions sent were easy to navigate. Steve the host and his dog Casey greeted us and Steve was very helpful with information about the area. We enjoyed our stay at the property.

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful anniversary trip here. The location is great - quiet and peaceful, yet close to town. We loved watching the deer (even two little babies) on the property and relaxing in the pool. The cottage was perfect for the two of us! Steve was also a great communicator. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Lovely quiet place to stay!

I have stayed here twice! I love the quiet and the suite is very comfortable! I love the bunnies and the deer! The outside pool and seating with the hot tub are awesome! I will stay here again! Steve, the host, is very nice and accommodating. Thank you Steve!

This is an amazing property! I had a family issue come up that required a major change in plans, but I will never forget the beauty of this place! You feel so far away, but you are actually very close to town.Highly recommend! You won't be sorry!

This was a wonderful, peaceful stay … our second stay here. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, patio area and watched the beautiful sunset. Loved the bottle of wine … nice touch. The only negative was the microwave. A previous guest exploded something in it and didn’t clean it up, Steve’s cleaning crew missed it and I ended up cleaning it. Other than that, we’ll probably stay here again.

Weekly Getaway

Quaint and quiet. I was really looking forward to using the hot tub listed. But it wasn’t near the room and it was February, once exiting 105 degrees water, walking out and around the facility was not an option.During our stay there was a shortage of hot water in the unit.The room was clean, the ceiling low, we are short but still managed to occasionally bump our heads.The grounds are gorgeous..

Great location

Spent weekend with daughter after having driven furniture from MI to her new apartment. Loved the location, host recommended some really great food venues … delicious. Will definitely stay there again, but in the unit downstairs … got tired of hitting head on slanted ceiling! 😳

Beautiful property

The cabin was very nice and perfect for my wife and me. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The kitchen was small but having the grill made preparing meals easy.

Wonderful property!

The grounds are so beautiful and the pool area is amazing! We wished we could have stayed longer than our 2 night trip we had planned. The host had so many considerate, helpful items added - from pool towels to lanterns to extra charging stations and fans... he has thought of everything! We had a wonderful experience.

What a treat!

We went to Charlottesville for a wedding and found this rental near the venue - and it could not have been more perfect! The apartment itself was very comfortable (really comfortable bed!) and the property is amazing. Beautiful pool, dedicated hot tub, and views for days. I wish we had more time to enjoy it all - guess we'll just have to go back!
