"We were so impressed with the house and it's layout. Beautifully kept and decorated. It had everything it advertised and we would love to come back again.The only comment we would add is that there needs to be deck furniture so we can be out viewing the lake. There were only 2 chairs and no table. "

"The property is very well decorated. The location was perfect for our needs. The alley is gravel. Hard to see in the night so the outside lighting was great help. There is no air conditioning in the living space. The two rooms have air conditioning units in the windows. Dishes were available but dirty, used and we were asked to wash them before we left. The smell of the house was so pungent I could not use the place outside the bedroom. "

"This property is AMAZING and absolutely perfect for a large group. My three sisters, our husbands and our parents all gathered here to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday. So much space to hang out together and still have privacy when needed. Outdoor space is amazing, while it was still a bit chilly during our stay, we were able to sit out in the sun and enjoy the large outdoor area. The large dining table allowed all 10 of us to sit and have coffee in the morning and play games in the evening....

"We came to the area from Washington State for our aunt's 100th birthday in nearby Knightstown. This home was perfect. My 85 year old mother found the bed very comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything you would need. John was so responsive and pleasant. We would recommend this home to any family, and feel grateful there was such a nice place so close to the birthday party!"

"Extremely clean, comfortable, with everything you would need. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. The property is decorated to feel like home.The village of Pendleton is a throwback in time. "We were on our way to Cincinnati and needed a place to stay with a late check-in on Friday night. Rosa worked with us with this request. After a full Saturday in Cincinnati, we returned to Shelbyville to rest up for our drive back to Wisconsin on Sunday. The beds were great! The coffee options were appreciated. This might be the biggest refrigerator that we have ever seen in a rental unit! We had 6 adults in our group."
