Amazing rental! It has everything you need to make your trip better than what you planned for. The fire pit, grill, paddle boards/canoe, and hot tub are great amenities. The kitchen has utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. Towels are provided and the rooms are clean. There was even spare items like toothpaste, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies. The beds are comfortable and extra blankets are provided. The property owners are great with communication and very respectful. Overall, the property truly felt like a home vibe that a lot of care was put into to make it the best it could possible be!

Communication with the host before our trip was excellent. We were not in need of any communication during the trip as instructions were clear and everything was as Austin stated it would be. It is a darling property and perfect for a weekend away.

My wife and I stayed here with our two teenagers. What a great place. Highly recommended - will definitely try to stay here again. HIghlights are the hot tub, the fire pit, deck, kayaks, lakefront set-up, comfortable beds and well thought-out amenities. Quiet location and still close to good local restaurants and amenities. Definitely one of the best VRBO experiences we've had. Thanks again.

This us our 2 nd year staying at the A Frame. It is a beautiful location very peaceful and very quiet. We enjoyed every day we went swimming and boating. The dogs went swimming. We hope to return next year. Thank you so much Austin for being such a wonderful host.

Amazing property. It was perfect for our family. Loved the little beach area, plenty of seating areas. Checkin was a breeze. Austin was very prompt with responding to any questions. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was a very quiet area as well. We already can't wait to go back for an even longer stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing A Frame

Home was perfect for our stay, perfectly situated on the lake. Our family loved staying here - the dock for the kids to fish or swim off of, deck overlooking the lake, boat rental (to explore, tube, wakeboard), hot tub, fire pit, and a place for our dog - was fun and relaxing for us all. It was a great find!The owner was very communicative and helpful, which we appreciated. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this property for one week during July and loved each moment! We brought our 2 and 4 year old boys and it was surprisingly pretty kid friendly. There are two bedrooms downstairs that are perfect for children. You get a small beach area with sand that the kids loved! If you don’t have kids, it’s also perfect for you because the view is incredible and it was such a relaxing stay. The house was clean, well-stocked with kitchen items/paper products/board games/water equipment, and the host was fantastic with communication. It’s worth every penny and we’d love to come back!

This house was amazing ! Went with my wife and 2 teens . There was plenty of room for us ! Beds were comfortable. House was equipped with everything we needed . Really enjoyed renting the host boat . Beautiful hot tub. House comes with pedal boat, kayaks , tubes.

Great Getaway!

Great location and very private. The home had all necessities and was very clean. Despite the off and on rainy weather, we really enjoyed our stay playing games, reading and watching movies. The grocery store and restaurants were very close which made the meals super easy to plan. Thank you!!

Perfect lil Aframe

This Aframe and the town of Sherrills Ford is so quaint. The house was clean and comfortable and decorated very nicely. Yard, lake access, kayaks, deck & deck furniture, and fire pit is all we needed for a relaxing Spring vacation. Loved just lounging on the dock with a glass of wine and a book most days. Austin was very attentive and accommodating and shared his nice boat with us,for a reasonable rate,so we could explore Lake Norman one afternoon. Being able to bring our dog helped make this stay even better! Very quiet neighborhood so it felt private. Easy WiFi and accessing our TV apps. Kitchen was a nice size and had all the basics for cooking a few days. We LOVE Aframes and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Austin’s place again.

The property was very cute and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and provided all of the info you would need beforehand and throughout our stay. Needle in a Haystack

I really wanted to keep this place to myself. This is truly a home away from home and larger than one might think from the pictures. It truly for the price is a gem. Has all modern appliances, gas grill, hot tub one of the largest ones I have been in to Sooth my back. Has its own beach, beautiful dock with relaxing chairs. Not to mention a jet boat whether using the water sports or just touring the homes on the lake. Everything you could think of Austin and his wife have thought of. Austin stayed in contact with us the whole trip which was refreshing all in itself. I have a hospitality management degree and couldn’t think of anything to change. We can’t wait to return to our home away from home

Lake Norman - A Frame

The lovely house was very well maintained and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect location to spend a couple of weeks with our family.I appreciate the time and care it took for the owners to provide us a top level experience. The check in and checkout process was seamless and the owners were extremely responsive to all of our questions. My family and i enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Lake house review

We absolutely loved it. It was so quiet and peaceful. The cabin was perfect. The beds were super comfortable. It’s modern, clean, and the owners have thought of everything to make it amazing. We had a question while we were there and the owner responded immediately.
