Place was a great location for downtown Charlotte. Far enough away for nice peace and quiet. Easy walking distance to Bank of America stadium was a huge plus. Close to even walk to Nascar hall of fame. Definitely a great place to stay in downtown. We would definitely come back.

The property is as described and very convenient to Uptown, Bank of America Stadium, and South End. We enjoyed three nights at the property for a weekend that included a stadium event and it was perfect. Communication was consistent and check in was a breeze. We appreciate that Lance was willing to work with us on check out day by allowing us to keep our car parked at the property during our stadium event. This was above and beyond. We would stay again.

Great location! Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The place was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We were in town for a concert at the stadium and the location was perfect!! The dog and I really enjoyed the trail and little park behind the property as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was very accommodating. Great location, not far from the football stadium. We would stay here again and/or recommend to friends/family.

Amazing stay

I really enjoyed my stay here. The beds are very comfortable and the home is very clean. Lance is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Third Ward

We had a really great stay and the property was just what we needed. We had a difficult time getting the door to unlock at check - in and tried multiple times to reach our host but were not able to. Over all, a good stay!

Four of us visited for the Bills-Panthers game and the place worked out great. Short walk to BoA stadium, beds were super comfortable after a long day walking around. Lance was great - we expected a hair dryer in the unit and when we messaged him that it was missing he had one delivered that day!

Weekend events

I was a little skeptical driving up to the property and walking up the stairs (spiderwebs everywhere) but once you walk into the property I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and cozy!

Perfect Property

This condo was just perfect for us. I had family come in from Georgia for the Morgan Wallen concert. We were able to walk to Bank of America stadium for the concert. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It couldn't have been a better place for us to stay.

Walking distance to stadium

The location was perfect for what we were looking for - a short walk from the stadium, bars/restaurants and a great coffee shop. Quiet neighborhood and without knowing the area I still felt safe enough walking by myself. This condo was clean and fit our needs. Would book again if in the Charlotte area.

The place is nice but there are a few things that need improvement. The first thing was there was a dead roach on the floor in the kitchen and dead stink bug in the foyer. The first night we cooked in and the oven did not work properly. We had planned breakfast every morning and the two fry plans that were in the bottom of the stove where scratched to pieces and not usable. Kitchen is not very well stocked, no spatula's. A chair in the den was not level. You have to step down to go to the den and then step up to get in one of the bedrooms and my husband almost fell twice. Not a good place for someone with kids or elderly parents.

Perfect for Game Day

Clean and cozy. The perfect place to stay for game weekend. Bank of America stadium is in sight when you walk out the driveway and just a short walk away. We walked back after the game and ordered wings for watching the late game. It’s a very relaxing place to stay and had everything we needed. Very well thought out preparation for sure. Check-in was a breeze and parking is so convenient. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Had a great weekend! The location and layout of the condo were great. Walked uptown for rooftop cocktails and dinner then took an Uber back. Easy walking distance to the Bank of America stadium. Enjoyed a long walk through the park just behind the condo too. Thank you.

We loved the location! It was so close to uptown and all of our reservations were within mere minutes from the condo…very convenient. It was super clean and had every amenity that you could think of. This was my first vacation rental and i was pleasantly surprised! Lance was Johnny on the spot ! Quick to answer any and all questions. Will definitely rent again.

Great walking location to everything uptown

This is a cozy quiet second floor condo with parking right in front. There is a wonderful greenspace for long or short walks in nature and through a neighborhood. Bank of America stadium is 1/2 mile walk. There were a few details that need attention - the ice maker is a total nuisance. Would stay again if it gets fixed!

The property was comfortable. Had options for TV use. Close to downtown. Walkable, quiet, neighbors were nice and approachable, had a outside patio that was screened in, overall a pleasant stay. Lance was helpful and easy to get in contact with. Very organized with scheduling and accommodating with early arrival (with a fee). Locking door system is easy to use and has a ring door for security. Supplies could be a little more plentiful, but nothing to get bent out of shape about. I would use this property again.
