The ease of getting into the room was very good and the response to the smell of constant marijuana in the condo was quick stating the owners below smoke regularly. However, the area did not feel safe as the light was not on in the hallway going up to the 3rd floor having us use our phones for a flashlight and there were homeless folks walking around directly outside the property. While the communication was quick, there was an upsetting feeling when we had already left the rental property and the owners told us not to take their expected package that was to be delivered prior to leaving. We are unsure what type of people they thought we were but we do not take things that are not ours. Most of the unit was clean but there was a good amount of floor stickiness and dirt which caused our socks to be filthy. There was food in the freezer that we did not bring. Their couch was really cool and comfortable but there was no bedding for the couch and had to improvise with one cover sheet and a light blanket. The rules were easy follow and the owners were very communicative.
