A very nice, comfortable stay while away on a business trip. Much better than being confined to a hotel room. Home is spacious and cozy and the golf course in the back was a nice outlook.

Quail Hollow tournament

We had a great time. Highlights include close proximity to the golf course and finding several deer in the yard upon returning. Deer were just relaxing….

Great family vibes

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Very family friendly with games and some toys available. We had a small issue getting inside when we first got there, but the owner arrived within minutes of us calling her.

Welcoming and Excellent stay

It was for adult family members to stay and gather in celebration with a recent UNCC graduate! Host was very accommodating to requests/questions and location was excellent for a variety of outings!!

Perfect for families

Beautiful expansive home, minutes to restaurants, groceries, etc. but completely peaceful and quiet once you turn on the street. Multiple living areas allowed the grownups, kids and mom/baby to each have undisturbed space. Weather did not allow use of large deck or firepit, but both are lovely. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for large or extended family.

Relaxing, comfortable, clean

We all had a wonderful stay. The house felt like a home rather than a hotel room which made it easy to relax. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The house was clean. My family went down to see my nephew graduate, and enjoyed our time.

Beautiful Home with lots of space!

Really neat home with all the comforts of home. Easy access to all of CLT just off 445 Inner/outer. Lots of great sitting areas in and outside for gatherings. Large kitchen and great host communication. We will be back.

Overnight Girls Get-away!

I was in search of a 4 bedroom home for 4 adult women. Hence, everyone needed a REAL bed with their OWN room. This house had that and EVERYTHING else we needed. The house was in a great location, near restaurants to doordash food. The house was clean, well organized and beautifully decorated. The owner was oh so nice. She made sure I knew all I needed to know before coming to her home. She made sure her home had everything we needed at the home for the evening. My guest were supper impressed with the home and hospitality received. We are all ready to plan for a full weekend stay. If you need space, comfortability, peace, with a beautiful back view.....book this jewel of a location. You will not be disappointed. Also, more parking is available! And, all my guest slept like babies in their rooms. The beds were very cozy!

Displaced from home

We had to move out of our home for a week due to some renovations. This home was perfect for our one week stay! All the amenities we needed were available and the location was perfect. Mary checked in with us and was readily available. I will recommend this home for family and friends in the future!!!

Great stay in south Charlotte!

Mary's communications before and throughout our stay were extraordinary - we knew what to expect, and the property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The location was convenient for both golf courses we played and about 10 minutes to the Blue Line station where we took the train to Uptown. Home is in a nice neighborhood, and we would definitely stay here again. The snacks provided were especially welcoming, and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall a great VRBO property. Recommended.

Wedding Gathering

My wife and her brother stayed with us at Mary's home for our son's wedding and her home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for us to stretch out and the showers in both bathrooms were exceptional! Mary is a super responsive host and could not have been more pleasant to work with. Will definitely stay here again on future visits!

Charlotte wedding

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The place is fully equipped and very clean. We were contacted by the owner upon arrival to make sure that everything was okay. The home is very spacious and we were never in each other's way (4 adults and one 15 yr old).The best part was it was located 5 minutes from my daughter's house and the wedding venue. I would rent there again in a heartbeat!! Thanks Mary!!

Nice place

Family stayed for graduation party in neighborhood near by so location was perfect very clean and loved the coffee set up. Honestly only negative was master bed was pretty hard. Otherwise host was very nice and responded quickly to questions.
