Family funeral

We needed a large space for our family to gather and enough bedrooms to allow for individual privacy. This house had it all! Plenty of large spaces to gather together and 8 bedrooms. We had a problem with a burst pipe on the morning we had to attend a funeral and management had someone over quickly and they had it fixed and cleaned up by the time we came back. We enjoyed our time at what one 3 year old called “the leaky house”, lol. She liked the house and said she would go back and stay again. That was the unanimous opinion.

Great family reunion location

Clean, nice large rooms and gathering spaces. Amazing porch views. Fabulous dock. The kids and adults enjoyed jumping off. A week full of boating, fishing, tubing, skiing, and relaxation. One of our favorite rentals yet!

Perfect for Large Family Gathering

This was a family gathering to celebrate my son's college graduation. We had 5 couples (aunts, uncles and grandparents) and 8 young adults (cousins and friends). The house was perfect! It had plenty of bedrooms and the bunk room was perfect for the guys.The master suite is amazing! 3 separate floors is also very nice to give everyone plenty of space. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we could need and huge so a lot of people could cook at once. The basement area was our main hang out area at night with the bar and all of the games. It was perfect. The best part of the house was the outdoor area. There are so many spaces to sit outside and enjoy the view from the upper porch with the fireplace for cool nights to the grill area with the 2 large tables. My favorite was the beach where you could paddle board, kayak or just wade into the water. The bottom was real sand so it was great! The dock was also fantastic and we rented a boat which I highly recommend. The "kids" loved jumping off the top dock into the water and just swimming around. The rental company is so responsive and kept in touch checking in with us the whole time. I cannot recommend this place enough and I hope to be back again!

Business Retreat

We liked the property a lot. The kitchen was fully stock with everything you could need, the bedrooms were all spacious and nicely put together. We only had one issue that was resolved rather quickly and with no disruption to our stay. We would stay again .

Business Meeting - Great Option

Held an offsite business meeting for 8. Plenty of options for working, dining and team building spaces in the house. Location was very easy to find and close to some local necessities like grocery stores and pharmacies.

Beautiful home on the water!

We had an unbelievable experience at this property. It was clean, well kept, and exactly what we thought we were getting. Outdoor spaces add a ton to the overall aesthetic. We hope to return.

Great Family Holiday

The Grand House was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. The house was well laid out, furnished and equipped. There was plenty of room, the views from the house and dock were spectacular and there was plenty of room for family to spread out inside and outside. A great family vacation spot.

Amazing house! Great furnishings. Kitchen is awesome, every utensil you'll ever need. Extremely clean. Beautiful view of lake. Morgan is awesome hostess Highly recommend her. Will definitely return to stay in the Great House!

Lake Norman is a beautiful vacation spot

Loved the house, this was our second stay on Lake Norman, first time at this house and we loved it. The kitchen is in need of some love ( cabinet doors missing, trash can door fell off the first time we opened it, accordion doors in dinning room are broken ) but the location and over all house is amazing. We had a great time!!

Amazing house!

Our long weekend family reunion was perfect and this home made it even more special. We planned on going out for dinner two of the nights and ended up getting take-out because we didn’t want to leave! The house is in a great location with a beautiful view and has everything you need. Hope to rent again!

Amazing Experience

What an amazing property, this was our annual corporate planning meeting for a total of 17 people. Everyone had a good time, the house is well equipped with everything. There is plenty of space for everyone to find a small corner to have privacy and still plenty of room to have meetings and meals together. We had a chefs that made all of our meals I was surprised to find a bedroom hidden behind the kitchen so it made it perfect for her to have a place to stay that was close to everything but private and away from everyone. I would totally stay in this house again

Vacation oasis

We really enjoyed our vacation on lake Norman the house was more than we could have imagined I have a large family of 15 and at times you never knew where anyone was it was so roomy the views in the morning are breathtaking with a cup of coffee and the birds the manager was on top of any issues we had quickly ! it was a a+ vacation
