ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Thank you so much for letting us rent this beautiful home to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Very comfortable.

We were a group of ten sibling and spouses in town for a wedding then stayed an extra week.

Great place, it is larger than in pictures, very spacious and comfortable. Lake was lovely, we swam, kayaked and SUP. Great sunsets.

Great home with a gorgeous view of the lake

Our family met at the home for Christmas. Home was clean and well stocked with pots and pans. Two refrigerators were a plus. Decks were great and the sunsets were BEAUTIFUL. Great communication with the owners, they responded within minutes of asking a question Highly recommend this beautiful property.

Guys weekend

Place was awesome. Great lake house with plenty of space. Took us a while to figure out the Sauna but Helena was prompt at answering any questions. Hot tub was great. Not a neighborhood where you can be loud, more so a lakeside get away. You can use the kayaks but you would have to rent a boat or bring yours from a public launch. We had a bachelor party there and it was everything we expected. We did all of our partying offsite in the city and used the house as the relaxing spot and it was just that, very relaxing. Will try to book again!

Beautiful

I cannot say the house itself wasn’t beautiful. The scenery was breathtaking. There was a lot of communication with the owners who answered all of my questions. In the beginning the small things with the house ( the mildew smell, the grill that was dirty from previous use, the tub had to be cleaned because of the black stuff coming out and no forewarning about the bidet) we looked passed because of how wonderful the house was and how happy we were to see each other. The owners even let us do a late check out (50.00 an hour for 4 hours) which we were grateful. But in the end to be charged for an oven we didn’t use and a grill that we had to clean before and after use. To me is a bit egregious. But other then that we had a wonderful time.

Weekly Stay

Pleasantly surprised with the property. Helena was very responsive to my many questions, which were numerous. House is very spacious and roomy for my 10 family members. The indoor furniture is vintage and beautiful but could be a little bit more comfortable but we were mostly outside on the gorgeous deck and also the deck by the water. Lots of games to choose from as well. We came in for daughters wedding and did not want to stay in a hotel so decided this was perfect for us. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils, stores are no more than 10 minutes away. Hot tub was a little hot (104) , sauna was awesome. Beds (and pillows!) are massive and so comfortable and very clean. Towels are plentiful but couldn't find any washcloths. The house is divided nicely into 3 floors. I do wish there was a guest book for renters to sign , I always liked seeing who stayed , where they came from and any recommendations. We did visit Papa Docs restaurant, which is a must. We rented the pontoon for the week. We didn't have the best weather or enough time but would recommend it if you like to boat. There are so many inlets and fingers on Lake Wylie to explore. Quiet and relaxing environment and close enough to the City for our adult children to venture to. Plan ahead and schedule for ubers, not many available. We will definitely be coming back in 2022! Highly Recommend!!!.

Perfect Family Getaway

This space was delightful-the view was amazing. Our family was able to enjoy a great time-shelter in place just different shelter. Helena was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely visit this property again. Absolutely loved it!!

Weekend Getaway

Rado’s place was right on the water. It has amazing views from the deck and hot tub! This property definitely had a lot of space with 3 levels and a king bed TV combination in each room! I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a little get away on lake Wylie!

Family reunion

Our family had a reunion here. We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the beautiful house and lake. It was a lot of fun to use the paddleboards and kayaks. Rado helped us rent a pontoon boat, which was a lot of fun to see the beautiful homes on Lake Wylie. He was extremely helpful. The house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable!

Great Family Getaway

The location was excellent. The house was perfect for three families to enjoy indoor and outdoor space. So many fun water toys and easy beach access! There had been storms so a good beach raking would be a good thing to do. The manager and maintenance team were incredibly responsive, especially when there was a leak in the ceiling that was quickly tended to and fixed. They were very easy and pleasant to work with. There could be a better selection of pots and pans for an otherwise well-appointed, nice kitchen. Hot tub jets did not all work properly. The sauna was a lovely touch that we all enjoyed. Overall a great family getaway.
