Great location, near the highway and also in a walkable neighborhood. House is spacious for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

The neighborhood is beautiful. It was quiet and very walkable. So many restaurants and shoppes within 7 mins walking. Nice home with plenty of space for a family. It is an older house that has been renovated. It has a nice covered deck and back yard. The fire pit was nice for s’mores. The game room area is downstairs in the basement/Garage and is only accessible from outside. Mike was easily reached for any concerns. Overall we had a great time.

Comfortable and Relaxed

Travelled all the way from Australia and Bone tired we checked in and instantly felt at home. Relaxed and comfortable in an extremely quiet neighbourhood within reach of anything you needed. Would recommend with all the gold stars. If I am ever staying in Charlotte I will book again. Thanks Mike

Family Spring Trip

Great stay! We loved the location and neighborhood. The house was exactly as described and pictured. It was well stocked and had lots of things to add to your comfort. It was clean and easy to move around in. Our boys loved the downstairs- huge hit! Great for a family of all ages.

Girls Trip

Each year my two daughters, my granddaughter and myself take a small spring trip together. We like to go to a different area each year and stay in a rental instead of a hotel, all for the experience and just us girls spending time shopping, eating, and exploring. We all loved the house on Commonwealth! Very updated, clean and had all we needed. I would recommend this home to anyone! In fact, several of my friends and I have thought about an overnight trip to Charlotte to tour the Billy Graham museum, This home would be perfect!!!

Fabulous place!

We stayed in Charlotte for the weekend with some friends. The property was wonderful. It was conveniently located, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was exceptional. He responded quickly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Sister Reunion

Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was available. The was more than enough space for us to spread and also come together. It was a nice change to go downstairs and enjoy the game room! The backyard and the patio areas are very nice! If we are in the area again, this home would be at the top of our list!

Great house in Charlotte

We enjoyed our stay at the Commonwealth house. The property is well kept and convenient to everything that we wanted to do. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Charlotte.

Baby Shower Visit
