Memorial Day Getaway

We were very impressed with this property. The home has such a large open layout. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful. The sitting area areas in game area areas were very nice and enjoyable! We were looking for a nice lake house to stay at during our Memorial Day weekend. This home was perfect! Even the backyard and beach area with pier was very inviting. Much nicer than some of the neighboring properties. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again in the future!

Great Getaway

Stayed here for my 40th and everything was in great condition when we got there. We had a fabulous time. As far as the house layout, it wasn’t very well suited for a crowd of all adults. Upstairs there is a beautiful master suite which takes up half of the second floor with a giant bathroom. The two other guest rooms and bunk rooms are an OK size- they all share a bathroom with a double vanity at the end of the hall. The downstairs bathroom does have a shower which helps. Communication with property managers was speedy and the app she uses is helpful. The house is well decorated and comfortable and I love the game room above the garage with a small pool table and the game setup inside the garage with ping pong, etc. Although the app is great and very helpful, there are things to note like early check in and late checkout is charged by the hour- we did both and didn’t end up using either but didn’t get that money back. I’ve never rented anywhere where those things had fees as it felt very nickel and dime-ing. My friend tried to take a kayak out, but they are locked with a QR code and those cost money too which was disappointing given all we already spent. But it is a beautiful house on a quiet part of the lake and we truly had a great time- highly recommend!

Beautiful Home in a great location

The entire stay could not have gone better. This is the perfect spot for a group of friends and family to relax and enjoy the lake. Amy was very responsive as well. Would love to stay here again

Beautiful LKN property

This house is stunning with plenty of room and amazing views! It was the perfect place to work a little while on vacation with two office spaces. I spent sometime walking in the quiet neighborhood. The only constructive feedback I’ll give is I wish the fabulous porches & outdoor furniture had been sprayed down/cleaned before arrival. Other than that, I give an A++++++ glowing review!

Immaculate and Luxurious Getaway

From beginning to end we were very impressed with the thoughtfulness of the layout, the cleanliness of the property, and the responsiveness of the owners. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell a lot of thought went into the layout and amenities offered of the home. We will definitely be coming back! Our family got the much needed vacation we needed! Definitely rent the boat with the home - wow! It was beautiful and convenient!

Guys weekend

We had a blast for our family guys weekend at the lake. House was one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Very well stocked with all of the necessities. Would 100% recommend staying here when planning a trip to Lake Norman.

Wonderful!

We had a girls' weekend at this house and had a truly wonderful stay. We were all sad to leave. The home is beautiful and so comfortable - it has a lot of space and seating areas, but also, the beds are like sleeping on clouds. We were a group of 9 and so having 3 full baths was really nice (and the master bath is truly gorgeous). We especially loved the pub area and thought that was just the coolest cherry on top to a truly lovely home. We spent all day floating on the lake Saturday and had the best time. The neighborhood is quiet and feels secluded, but is just a few minutes from a Publix and other conveniences if needed. Amy was also great about checking in with us, and our overall experience booking, getting to the house, etc. was seamless. Overall, all of us wanted to stay longer and just can't say enough about how beautiful and perfect the house is. We were talking about another trip there before we even left!

Amazing lake front place!

Our family had so much fun and really enjoyed our stay. The home is stunning and had everything we needed from kitchen amenities, to beach towels, and so many games. The balconies are fabulous, the beds are super comfy, and I highly recommend renting the boat if you are able. This place is a hidden gem and the hosts are incredible. You won’t be disappointed.

Great Lake weekend

The property is in a GREAT location. The back decks were wonderful and shaded. The dock is safe and sturdy and our kids had a blast jumping in and swimming with the plentiful floats provided!!
