This was a perfect spot for our girls weekend. Quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen, nice bottle of wine waiting for us, beautiful lake views and panoramic deck - comfortable beds and clean bathrooms!

Hope to come back!

We stayed here for a fall long weekend and hope to come back soon! The house was beautiful, clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The back porch is big with an amazing lake view. We spent most of our weekend outside enjoying the view and the fire pits. Very close to groceries, restaurants, etc. Strongly recommend!

Lake Norman retreat

This house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. It is equipped with anything you might need. Property owner was very quick to respond to us. Complementary bottle of wine was well appreciated after a long day of traveling. We will be back!

Relaxation By The Lake

The property was as advertised and provided a great opportunity for our group to relax. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding areas and our host, Lisa, was very responsive and helpful. Our group would certainly stay there again.

Perfect location

This was our second trip here and we had a great time. The paddle board and kayaks were so much fun and the pool noodles were nice to have to float around in the lake. We will definitely be back!

We’ll be back!

5 ⭐️ from top to bottom. We come out to visit the g’kids every spring and have rented a few Lake Norman VRBO properties. Past experiences have been generally underwhelming at best. Not here. Great location that is close to the marina, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Beautiful neighborhood with a great view from the ultra large deck. Upgraded appliances and well stocked kitchen. Our host, Lisa, was fantastic and extremely responsive.

This house was great for our weekend get away. The dock was perfect for our boat and fishing, and the porch and outdoor space was wonderful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. We hope to come back again!

Peaceful Lakefront Beauty

Old friends get together

Friends from Virginia and South Carolina met at Lake Norman to enjoy time together and celebrate a dear friend who has passed away. Everything was wonderful. Greeted with bottle of wine, cork screw and glasses on the table when we arrived. House was beautifully decorated! Loved the marvelous porch on back overlooking lake. Touch pad key system was easy to use and kept us from always checking to see if we had the key when going out. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet in addition to being conveniently located. Could go on and on about how we loved the house. Thanks for sharing with us!

Perfect Venue for Relaxing Time at the Lake

This property was one of the very best we've stayed at. Everything was of high quality, the communication was excellent, and it provided a perfect venue to spend time at the lake with our grandson. The venue description actually undersells the charm and value of this property, which includes a private dock access and use of kayaks and PFDs. All was of quality, and it is clear that this property is cared for with love. Thank you for offering your property and allowing us to have a wonderful weekend with family.

Relaxing Lake House

My family spent five nights at the lake house. The house was clean, updated and had a fabulous deck overlooking the lake. We spent mornings having coffee and evenings cocktails. The three kayaks on the property were an added bonus that we used just about every day. We rented a pontoon boat that was not more than five minutes away from the house. Can’t wait to come back to Lake Norman.

It was a nice home and a great location for what needed the home for which was a family get together for a memorial service. Only thing that would improve stay would be to put King beds where the two Queens are and upgrade the bedding a bit.
