Just steps away, the dining table comfortably seats ten, making shared meals feel effortless and connected.

Natural light pours in from the lake-facing windows, pulling your attention outdoors. The sunroom and expansive back patio offer front-row seats to open water views, with comfortable seating and a TV so you can relax without missing a thing. Coffee tastes better out here. So does everything else.

The primary king suite offers a quiet escape with peaceful lake views and a private ensuite bath. The bunk room sleeps six and was designed for fun — the kind of room where kids claim their beds immediately and adults secretly wish they called top bunk first. Additional guest rooms are equally inviting, each styled with comfort in mind so everyone sleeps well after full days outside.

The main game room brings energy and competition with ping pong, foosball, cornhole, and a TV for tournament time. ⚓ DOCK & LAKE FAQ
• Dock and water: Typical Summer (~8+ ft depth) Winter (~4+ ft). Ideal for swimming, fishing, and tying off pontoon or ski boats.
• Boat rentals: Boat rentals are available through Catawba Boat Rentals. Contact info and booking recommendations are sent automatically once you book.
• Life jackets: We provide some universal life jackets, 1 paddleboard, and 3 kayaks. Please bring properly fitted USCG-approved vests for young children.

🕸️ Spider webs outside?
We de-web and treat docks and porches regularly, but spiders can rebuild a web in just 30–60 minutes. Lake life!

⏰ Can I check in early or check out late?
We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- A maximum of 2 pets are welcome at this property with an added fee. Bringing pets without prior approval from Wishlist will result in a $250 fine per pet.
- Please note that parties and events are not permitted at this home.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.
- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
