The house overall was in a good location. Check-in time was at three didn’t actually get into the house until almost a quarter till nine due to the previous renters leaving late and a cleaner not being able to clean the house until later that evening. The spacing was good the beds, however, lacked pillows in some rooms only one pillow on bed and in one of the rooms the boxspring was too small for the mattress which caused the bed to lay uneven. We found hair in one of the bedrooms in the sheets, the refrigerator and stove were not the cleanest. I can say the owner is responsive when messaging however I’m still waiting to be given a partial refund due to not being able to check in almost 5 hours to post check in time. Which was an inconvenience due to me being almost 4 hours away from home.

The host was very responsive however the house was less than expected. Very nice curb appeal from the front but lacking in furnishings. Listing states it sleeps 8 which it did but the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were worse. The living room had one sofa with three cushions and if more seating was wanted you had to pull bar stools in from the kitchen. The majority of the home does not have lights in ceiling so lamps are used most are without shades. The patio had a bbq grill however the outdoor furniture was rotted out and unusable. There was a ladder thrown in the back yard and a garden hose strung out and a large mirror just propped up against the exterior of the house. There was not enough dishes to serve 8 people in fact 3 of everything. There was a coffee maker however no pot for the coffee maker so that was something else we had to purchase. There were ants in the bathtub and roaches in the sink and freezer, and carpet was sticky in one of the bedrooms. The night before we checked out there was water leaking from the ceiling into the kitchen, assuming it was from the shower upstairs but it was obvious that there had been a leak here before as the ceiling was patched. I notified host and they said they would have someone come and look the next day, I checked out so unsure of how this ended. I stay frequently in rentals and usually the home is welcoming and well supplied and nicely decorated and that was just not the case with this home.

The house was lovely. It had everything we needed. There were only 2 of us but we needed separate rooms bc we both work from home. There is a desk in each bedroom. The primary bedroom also had a tv, ensuite bathroom & walk in closet. The ad says it sleeps 8 but there's not enough dishes-plates, cups, bowls for 8 ppl. And another couch would also be needed for that many ppl. The back yard is fenced which was a plus. If you bring a dog be aware there's a 2ft opening in the far corner on the driveway side and about a 1ft opening at the back of the yard on that same side. My dog got out of both. There are plenty of restaurants and stores on the road right outside the neighborhood that were good.Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend.
