    Guest Access:

    Guests have full access to the property including the rooftop terrace.



    The only areas guests do not have access to will be the locked owners closet on the main floor as well as a locked closet on the second floor.



    Other Things to Note:

    Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.

    Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.

    The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

    Minimum booking age: 25 years old.

    If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.



    Access to the Home:

    Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

    Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees

    Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.

    Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

    Check-in is at 5:00 PM

    Check-out is at 11:00 AM

    Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.



    Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM:

    You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.

    No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.



    Pets:

    No pets allowed. A fee of $350 charge will be applied for non-compliance.



    Parking:

    Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.

    One dedicated parking space is provided in the parking lot outside the condominium. The space number for Unit 4 is SPACE #3. For your convenience, we provide a dedicated EV charging station for anyone driving electric vehicles. Any additional parking can be found on the street where available.

    Parking in this lot is strictly for the residents and assigned guests only. It is important that you only park in the assigned space to ensure you are not towed. You’ll find a placard left for you on the kitchen counter to be placed on your dash during your stay. Please return the placard upon your departure. Any placard lost or that needs to be replaced will incur a $25 fee.



    Smoking:

    No smoking whatsoever inside the home.

    Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.



    Damages:

    Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.



    Internet Usage:

    We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.



    Trash:

    Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.

I was very impressed with how accommodating the host was with our last minute request to check in early. My family and I traveled to Charlotte for a wedding, the day of our arrival was the rehearsal dinner which I did not realize was scheduled right around the check in time to our rental, I reached out to the host and they were able to have us check in as early as 2 pm. Thank you again for helping us out with this!

This unique converted Church was a perfect choice for us while visiting family. It was exceptionally clean with modern decor giving it a great new feel and very comfortable to relax and enjoy the accommodations. We loved the art in each of the rooms and it all blended together from living room to bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were new and easy to use. Love the deep sink and the ease of having the dishwasher and microwave located adjacent. Bedrooms were both inviting and comfortable and each had an adjacent bathroom. Great shower in the 2nd floor bathroom with two shower heads. The balcony on the forth floor was very nice to enjoy a morning coffee. When we did not have coffee on balcony we walked to a great coffee shop less than a mile away (Not Just Coffee). The location of the property was convenient to so many places across the Charlotte area. Having an assigned parking slot was also nice to know we had a spot whenever we arrived back to the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice sidewalks for taking a stroll. Also not too far from the Greenway where we walked and biked. We had great communications with the host who responded very quickly with answers and recommendations. All in all a great stay. We highly recommend this property and will gladly stay here again when visiting Charlotte in the future.
