Beds were comfortable, walking distance to shopping, food and Starbucks. Neighborhood felt very safe and really enjoyed being close by to extended family - will stay here again !

We had an amazing stay at this property! The space was completely spotless, and was even more comfortable than the photos suggested. The location was absolutely perfect - within easy walking distance to shopping and just 10 minutes away from both venues we needed to attend. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood too. Communication with the homeowner went smoothly, and all of my questions were answered promptly. No issues at all with the check-in (out) process. Sleeping arrangements were fantastic. The master suite was incredible and the other bedrooms were also very comfortable to sleep in. We loved that there was fresh bedding and two sizes of pillows provided, so you had a choice whether you prefer flat versus fluffy. The rooms were also nice and dark due to the blinds, which really helps for a good night sleep. There was also a generous amount of bath towels, the good kind, not thin or small. Even though we did not have any children with us for our visit, it is a very family-friendly home, complete with high chair and a pack and play. We would highly recommend this home!

This is a great location and we've used this as our home base before. We'll be coming back again in the fall. Property manager was very responsive to a little issue we ran into and it was fixed ASAP! Great place!

Great Executive Home Option

Great location, clean house, plenty of room and on a nice quiet street. Perfect option for a work trip with a two minute walking access to shops and dining.

Great Stay!

Communication with Jason was great! House was clean and true to the pictures. Excellent location being within walking distance of the Birkdale shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

Excellent! Great location and spots for the weekend.

This rental worked out great for us. We got in late, it was easy to get inside and enjoy our stay. We were back and forth visiting friends all weekend but it was nice to have place to allow our daughter to nap before our next visit later that day. House is clean and the amenities worked really well for us. It rained all weekend so we didn’t get to use the outside much but the yard is big enough to soak in some sun next time or throw a baseball around. Will definitely consider this spot next time we are in Charlotte! Oh and the location is very convenient to the grocery story, Birkdale village shopping and etc, which is also great!

Great place to stay

We moved our son to Mooresville at the end of July. I was wanting to find something close to his new apartment complex and Charlotte and found this right in the middle of the two. The house is very nice and roomy. We had 6 people and had plenty of room for all of us. This house also sits in such a nice neighborhood. We woke up early every morning to go walking. We would walk down to the shopping center and make a big loop through all the cute streets. Love how all the people there are out walking, running, or walking their dogs. We will def stay here again when we come back to visit our son....if it's available. Thanks again for everything.
