The home is simply beautiful. The property details on the listing accurately aligned with the actual property logistics and floor plan and the house was equipped and stocked with more than what we needed and used. The management team was proactive with an arrival day text to advise of contact methods in case we needed assistance with anything during our stay. The home entry details were very easy and Avant was gracious and even allowed us to gain entry an hour before scheduled. We have nothing but praise and gratitude.

Fun getaway weekend with friends

We had a blast. The home was gorgeous and had everything we needed. It was modern and beautiful but cozy at the same time. We spent the entire Saturday on the kayaks and lounging on the private beach area. 10/10 would go back again for sure!

Thank for Thanksgiving

I was so happy to find this house with six bedrooms that accommodate my family for Thanksgiving holiday this place is absolutely amazing. Love the big table that we could all sit around and have Thanksgiving dinner the openness of the big room was perfect for watching TV and playing games. The outdoor kitchen was great we cook steaks one evening and hamburgers the next had fires in the pit went kayaking on the water one day played many games of ping-pong and air hockey this place has somuch to offer and would recommend it to anyone

FANTASTIC STAY

Our family and friends stayed at the beautiful house for two nights. It has everything we needed! The children enjoyed the game room and outdoor equipment for water fun!! The house is very beautiful and spacious. I will definitely return to this beautiful property.

Phenomenal Stay

The property was absolutely beautiful!! My family and I were there for a graduation dinner for my daughter and it was the perfect house and location. Nothing for us to do but bring the food, everything else was supplied. The lake and fire pit were great especially at night. It was clean and all the appliances were up to date. I highly recommend this property.

Vacations with family

We had a great experience at the property! When we arrived we found it to be a beautiful home, just as advertised. Clean and ready inside. On the back it needed a quick cleanup so we contacted the company that manages the property and they were quick and efficient. Great managing company by the way! Always reachable and ready to help. The house has many amenities to enjoy, and the kayaks and lake were a treat for citiy people. Recommended!

Fun stay at LKN!

Great stay! We had a lot of fun on the lake and the beach/dock were a dream. If you’re bringing your boat like we did, just note the closest public boat ramp is only 2 miles away (inland sea marina). We paid $5 to put it in the water and tied it up to the dock outside. We were not able to use the boat lift.

Beautiful area

Property was beautiful home was very large and modern. They could use better housekeepers. Being on the lake was awesome. Enjoyed the kayaks and bbq area. Too many things not working so I doubt I would rent that place again. Also too expensive

Interesting stay

The property is beautiful. The location is wonderful. They need to hire a new cleaning service. There is an inch of dust on all baseboards, dirty pots and pans, crumbs all over the knife block, spiders and cobwebs everywhere. Don’t get me started on the glitter left over from holiday vacationers. The king bed in the master bedroom is actually two twin beds pushed together…very odd! Then there were the raccoons in the attic. The management office was responsive to the issue but it required staff to visit twice daily. One raccoon was caught and the other was trapped on our check out date.

Family reunion 2022

We had a memorable time. The place was functional and clean except for the outside stairs and equipment that had some webs and dirt. It did not really hamper our vacation. Initially, we had to request extra knives which was delivered quickly. Thanks.
