2/10 Terrible

This house is in a neighborhood with a psycho HOA. We woke up one morning to find one of our cars missing. We thought it was stolen and knocked on the door of a neighbor with a ring camera to see if it caught the perp. Well she tells us the car was probably towed because the HOA has struck a deal with towing company, allowing them to go through the neighborhood and tow cars for “violations”, the definition of which turns out to be very vague. 3 of her friends have had cars towed while visiting. In our case, one of our party had a vehicle registration that was 1 day expired. It cost 300 and a drive across town to get back the car. We searched the neighborhood for a sign of any kind providing notice. Finally found one way out by the main road with very vague language on it and on the property of the neighborhood school. Anyone seeing it would definitely assume that the sign applied to the school parking lot. If that is not enough reason to avoid this property like the plague, the interior lighting in the house is ridiculously harsh blue led, the kitchen is awkward if you like to cook, and if it rains, the fire pit area turns into a swimming pool. I could go one but I’ve given enough of my life to this.
