Stop searching, this is your place to stay! Gorgeous home, very clean and beautifully decorated ! Excellent, neighborhood and street and very convenient . Beautiful home, in a beautiful neighborhood. Not to far from downtown, and only about 20 minutes or so away from Charlotte Motor Speedway. Perfect for our stay. Peter was a great host and always quick to respond. Recommended****

Just what we needed

House gave my family and I a reprieve from the Helene Damage of WNC and the stress that comes with those losses. Great neighborhood with great parks for the kids. Beautiful clean house.

Great house and location

We spent a long weekend in Charlotte. The house is very clean, spacious and in a great location to restaurants, and honestly within 10-15 min to almost anywhere in the city. The host was welcoming and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return again soon.

Nice House and Great Location

if you're looking to stay in NODA, this house is a great location, really nice house and amenities and the host is very responsive. the only item i'd inform potential renters is there isn't travel size soap or shampoos provided so make sure you bring your own. Super minor feedback but i think noteworthy. Overall a great stay.

Great updated home in a quiet neighborhood

Peter's pictures of his home were exactly what we found when arrived. The kitchen/family room was absolutely stunning and where we spent the majority of our time. The rooms were all roomy and bright. The Master bath was spacious with its big soaking tub. We'll definitely stay here again!

Amazing place

This house did not disappoint. It had a great vibe, lots of space, and was fully outfitted for our family of five. The host was accommodating and responsive. I would definitely recommend the house and will stay again when we come back to Charlotte.

Holiday Away from Home

What a great find on VRBO! Every other year we travel to Charlotte to celebrate Christmas with my son's family & everyone else. This year I had to find a "dog-friendly" home so my daughter, granddaughter, and granddog could stay with us. Peter's home was wonderful; clean, close to my son and with plenty of room for us. When I asked our host if I could bring a Christmas tree he volunteered to set one up for us :) I just brought some ornaments. In addition, he had other Christmas decorations throughout the house. While the home is close to so many of Charlotte's breweries, bars, & restaurants we did most of our eating (with family) in the house or at my son's. Peter couldn't have been more accommodating - a 5-star VRBO experience.

Family Birthday Weekend

This was our first visit to Charlotte so we weren’t sure of what area we wanted to be in. I chose this property based on location and the excellent reviews. It did not disappoint!! The property was well appointed and very clean. We had an issue with a hair dryer that had an European plug ( it was so bizarre, we decided it must have been inadvertently left/switched by a previous renter) Very quickly Peter sent over one that would work, and then had 2 new ones delivered the next day. He was very responsive to this minor issue, as we would have been fine to share the one from the other bathroom. Home is in a great neighborhood. It was an easy drive to downtown area and within walking distance of shops and restaurants in NoDa. Upon arrival to the home we found a list of recommended restaurants and other attractions. We ate at several of them and they were great. I highly recommend this property!

Great 3b/3b house

Peter’s house was perfect for our extended stay in Charlotte. He was excellent at communication and made everything easy. The house is well decorated and on a quiet street. We loved walking with our dog to the neighborhood bars and restaurants. Great coffee shops too. We enjoyed both the front and back porch. Both had comfy furniture and we appreciated the fenced in yard. Highly recommend and will come back.

Property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Accurate description of the property on the listing. Good communication with owner. Property was in a great location just short trips away from downtown Charlotte and the speedway. Family had a great time visiting the area and kids enjoyed having their own TVs in their own bedrooms. Would stay again if we ever visit Charlotte again.

Good long-term stay with family

This is a really great property for folks staying a while in Charlotte. The neighborhood is very walkable and conveniently located to great restaurants. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are luxurious. Couches are comfy and there's plenty of space for a family to spread out. The listing perfectly matches what you get when you arrive. You won't be in for any unpleasant surprises!

EXPLORING CHARLOTTE NC for a long weekend

FAILTE! This property suited our needs perfectly. The rooms, furniture & decor were most inviting, comfortable and accommodating. It was a wonderful location for walking around the neighborhood, close to coffee shop & breweries. The ONLY complaint we had was the front porch and back deck have furniture to enjoy the outdoors, but everything was rather dirty, so we chose not to use either. But that didn't keep us from doing things around the city or enjoying our time at the house when we were there. AND we had some problems with one of the guest bedrooms tv/remote...didn't seem to work, but not a huge issue. All in all, we would definately consider re-renting on other visits to Charlotte. It was a good central location for our visit. Lots to do. We also thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated all the IRISH touches! SLAINTE!

Beautiful home in wonderful neighborhood

This home is downright beautiful. It is fully stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. Owner is communicative and accommodating. There is so much to do in this neighborhood. Bring a bike with you so you can easily get to plaza midwood or NODA in minutes (which are both notoriously difficult for parking). This home is full of surprises from a kureig in the master bath to multiple desks and monitors. The gas stove was a pleasant surprise as well as was the GIANT tv in the master. I am a Charlotte local and would 10/10 recommend this home to anyone.

Wonderful home in Charlotte

My husband and I had a lovely month long stay at Peter's home in the Villa Heights neighborhood of Charlotte. The property was well equipped, close to many Charlotte hot spots and very comfortable for our extended stay. We made many meals in the spacious kitchen and could easily go out for dinners at the many places that were close by like in NODA, Plaza Midwood and Optimist Hall. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again when we are in the area.
