Overview: The dog-friendly home features 2 bedrooms (1 king in primary, 1 queen in guest) and 2 full baths plus a pull-out sofa bed (queen) that sleeps 2 additional guests. The fully fenced-in backyard is it's own private oasis with a cozy fire pit and hanging lights for relaxing evenings. There is also a private driveway with room for 2 cars.

Home Features: The living room and both bedrooms have remote-operated ceiling fans plus each includes a large-screen Smart TV with YouTubeTV and blackout curtains. In the fully-stocked kitchen you'll find a microwave, freezer/fridge, dishwasher, toaster, electric stove & oven along with a combo drip & k-cup coffee pot. Just off the kitchen is a full washer & dryer available for all guests. And both bathrooms include a walk-in shower plus shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Our outdoor space is why we LOVE our home! Located on a quiet street, the large front porch has plenty of places to sit and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine with two ceiling fans. And our backyard is fully fenced in with plenty of space for your pups to run around plus includes a fire pit and a propane-gas grill. Central air & heating plus free high-speed WIFI included. We strive to include everything you need during your stay!

Neighborhood: A quick walk through the charming Plaza Midwood neighborhood, and you'll find yourself surrounded by some of Charlotte's best bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Head to Central Ave. and visit Workman’s Friend (Irish Pub), Uchi and Uchiba (the city's best sushi & cocktails), Que Onda (Mexican), Calle Sol (Latin), or Improper Pig (Asian BBQ) to name a few. Or visit Whiskey Warehouse, Legion Brewery, or Thomas Street Tavern for a laid-back bar-vibe. There are so many options and so much diversity, it truly is one of Charlotte's fastest growing neighborhoods and for good reason!

Pets: Only registered & approved pets may stay at the house. Max 2 dogs. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets during their stay.

Children: We are happy to host families with children, however please note that our home is NOT child/baby-proofed. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, both inside and outside the property.
